My experience with Klarna has been good most of the time, and I find it a pretty convenient way for customers to pay. Notwithstanding, I found some issues to get refunds.

It does offer a fractionable payment method without interest It won't affect any credit score towards traditional banking systems.

It does not have a good customer support at all. There are no phone numbers or chat systems to get human prompt response to issues that might appear.

Love it, cant say enough good things about it, team are there to support you whether your a small business or big retailer. We have also worked with them at events which was an amazing opportunity

Integrates perfect with shopify, customer service there 24/7 to assist if any issues, setup was straight forwards when you have the right documents, there team work close with you on boarding.

Decline rate has increased in past year but this i prob down to FCA regulations

Overall I really enjoy shopping with Klarna and rewards from them

Once you go to Amazon through Klarna then at checkout it will auto populate the one time card. - Pay in Store option if you are in store and like something and don’t have your credit card/debit card then pay with Klarna which is safe and secure -Klarna tied up with many shopping apps and other branded retail stores which gives you choice for shopping

Only thing which I hate is the payment method doesn’t show any option for Paypal. I hope they will bring it soon as nowadays people use PayPal frequently for payments

klarna is an easy and secure way to pay online in installments when it is more convenient for the buyer. i use this often, along with afterpay as these are similar and not always offered on the same sites.

I got scammed on Klarna I bought flight tickets on the Klarna app I did not get the tickets I contacted Klarna asking to please help as it was £1000 They asked me to submitted proof of email with the store who sold me the flight I did gave them the emails They also asked me to contact the store by phone and screenshot the call and send to them which I did. Everything they asked me to proof I did However they keep saying “we will sort it after 6 month I find out they sent me to a debt agency and reported me affecting my life and credit score. I call them And ask: How I will paid fornaomething that I did not recive??? Answer from Klarna is not our problem you sorted basically in all honesty if you planning to sing in on Klarna - DONT do it “DO NOT USE KLARNA IF YOU GET SCAMMED IN THEIR APP THEY WILL NOT HELP YOU AND YOU WILL LOSE YOUR MONEY AND YOU CREDIT SCORE AS ALL THEY WILL DO IS REPIRT YOU IN A DEBT AGENCY THEY WILL NOT CARE OF AS CUSTOMER “

The flexibility in the borrow amounts and frequency of installments. The payment plan and interest rates are very reasonable. Every transaction with the one time use card is broken down into four payments and sometimes they'll offer incentives when shopping with certain retailers.

There is virtually no customer service or support. If an issue arise, expect to wait 3-5 days for someone to get back to you.

Klarna is necessary; especially after COVID. The ability to afford things for your home and still take care of your kids is difficult considering all the business foreclosures. Making payments every week or every other week is more than ideal when having to make sure your bills are paid but also have the things you need. Zero interest is a plus, I feel, why not use Klarna? You gain to lose nothing.

I do not like how Klarna checks for approval while simply using the site and after an approval; meaning, if they approve you within that moment, if you do not spend the money right then, later on in the day you can come right back when you have free time and you could be denied spending power or your limit could be decreased. Klarna claims they have no control over the way that is dealt with but it is hard to believe.

We purchase high ticket items for our customers for repairs and upgrades to their RVs. We require parts be paid for before we order or at least a down payment because some items cost so much. This allows our customers to afford upgrades and new things for their RVs through our company because we have the option to order things and buy them now but pay them as we go.

Klarna's decision process is quick and easy. It doesn't take forever to get an answer or a payment plan. They literally explain EVERYTHING throughout the whole purchase process.

I wish they were partnered with more stores for the "shop in store" option where you can create a card at check out to pay for your order in the store in real time. While Klarna is partnered with a number of stores, they are more specialty stores and not so much the big name department stores.

It is impossible to contact customer service. They algo give no option to answer disputes so any incident results in a loss of money for the company, encouraging fraud

Klarna has been a true lifesaver for me. At first, I was a little wary about the app, but over time I have grown to love the app a lot. You shop through the Klarna app and they generate a payment card for you to make a purchase. You then can select to pay over 4 payments every two weeks for an amount of your total purchase or if you're able to do the financing then you can pay it over 6 months with a payment per month, of course, the financing has an interest, but the big thing is that making on-time payments does help your credit score as well. You also don't have to wait to pay for every two weeks, so if you want to pay off your purchase you can also do that as well. I highly recommend using Klarna because it is very helpful and convient.

I like the fact that I am able to get products and then pay for them over time. I also like that making timely payments actual help to improve your credit score as well.

I would like the ability to be able to change a pay day sometimes will take the payment automatically, and sometimes it will postpone the payment until you have the funds. So I would like the ability to change the payday for at least one payment so you never have the risk of it automatically taking out.

Overall trying to use this service was a complete waste of time over the span of two weeks. I submitted all of the applicable info on their on-line application, waited a week for a response, then received an email requesting proof of business registration and a copy of my ID. I sent the info and waited another week only to get the response that my application was rejected because they don't work with sole proprietors in Canada. I provided this info. via the on-line application and could have spent that 2 weeks setting up an account with an appropriate company.

Through Klarna one may choose an option of four payments spaced out over a two month time period every two weeks to make paying for larger costing items more easy. Through Klarnas Ap one can also choose to create a one time use card and use it in any store and choose between 6 month, 12 month, 18 month and even 24 month payment cycles, paying one payment each month.

Klarna charges a small interest rate which increases the overall purchases amount to an affordable and acceptable rate for using their services.

Overall, I've had a great experience with Klarna, and it's made paying off larger expenses easier without worrying about interest.

I like that there is no interest; I can slowly pay off large purchases with four payments every other week without worrying about it affecting my credit or adding up. In addition, Klarna allows you to extend your payment if you cannot afford it at the next payment date. The app will enable you to shop through brands that use Klarna, which takes care of the hassle of making sure a brand uses Klarna.

I don't like that this option is not used for a lot of brands and online stores, however, it is becoming popular.
