The help menus are extensive, and now with the workout builder included, I feel like I can be a much better coach.

Integration was quick and simple, it's an effective tool at a good price. Their team is great and cares about your success.

The only missing feature I can think of is a community feature where challenge participants can connect with each other (off of Facebook). This feature is coming soon.

New workout/program builder is excellent. Very easy to use and makes the process of writing training programs much faster.

The things we really use all the time is just the daily habit integration. They make so much content for us, we plug and play that content and then use our coaches to set up timely response times.

Unable to upload documents to email out, unable to search via questions, hard to customise to our specific needs.

Payments/Invoices are difficult to track because they are all labeled the same date regardless of when the customer pays.

There is no independent frozen list in the report section, so it is extremely hard to accurately calculate monthly revenue totals.
