The fact that it is a dedicated fitness software makes so much of a difference. From member usability to management back back end software, it does the lot.

Customer service is second to none and turnaround response is excellent. New service add ons shows they hear what industry members want and require.

Horrible also they trap you into their payment provider who rips you off and demands unrealistic payment if you try to leave.

There is a lot to say here as this was the worst 3 months I have had in the over 5 years I have been in business. The functionality of the software failed shortly after deciding to switch over.

The start was very challenging with kinks that this new company was ironing out and a lack of customer service. It has improved a lot and I am now very happy with it.

How difficult it can be to navigate, how slow and ineffective support are. They don't help at all or action any suggested improvements.

Looks great on my website with everything thought of down to the colour scheme. All the options around packages and online booking are very user friendly.

No staff app and the Grow platform is extremely complex.

Overall an amazing experience with Hapana and don’t see any reason we would need to change.

OneFitStop was easy to learn and is wonderful to use. The software is very customizable and keeps me organized.

Ease of functionality with very little time spent on mastering the admin interface thus getting it up and running quickly.

This used to be a problem since inquiries would come through different channels (phone, e-mail, web-page) and the administrators would not be able to check availability in real time.

What I really like about Zoyya is that I can schedule appointments at my own convenience. I can also see free appointments that are available.

I love simplicity in this softvare because I do not have a lot of free time, so I need simplicity aplication and on zoyya  application that has all the administration in one place.

Sometimes we have some difficulties with software but Zoyya team is always fast at dealing with problems.

Sometimes I have problem to find time sheet for exact employee. It is probably because I dont change it very often.

Maybe they can add options to marked the booking or reservations color  when the clients arrived or  cancelled. So  every body knows what's going on with the bookings.

Another great feature is the integration with calendar and the reminders. I also like all of the information of the business that I want to book in one place.

Clients order through the app and it really works great. I like the ease of use and that it is well accepted by customers.

The key benefit is that it resolves an ongoing problem in organisations like ours - it helps to manage groups visiting the Museum.

In just a few clicks you can clearly see available time-slots and staff (if they are required to participate in certain activities).

I like the ease of use, clear and simple user interface. I can install the app on my personal devices, but I can also log in from any device without downloading and installing the app.
