I like the ease of use and set up. How it makes my company run more efficiently and helps gain and track profitability.

Full of bugs, lousy client interface and customer support is slow to respond in many cases.

They are very responsive and knowledgeable with the products that they sell. One on one training is well worth the cost and they help you customize the product to your needs.

It is intimidating at first. It takes a few sessions to get an understanding of what all the fields are.

Overly complicated at times. Biased towards offset printing over digital and wide format.

The lag time, the views, difficult to use, shortcuts, a lot of stuff I don't like.

Overall, I believe PrintSmith Vision is a great product. I have used it since 2006 and have seen the improvements and care the tech team has, they are great.

Easy searching and locating like documents for the companies. Rolling estimate and invoice are quick and user friendly.

Quite a few missing parts when we 1st upgraded.

Problems I have found that are an annoyance are the job description box is to small to put in an full accurate description.

The inability to import or export data directly out of the system without using the API or user interface.

We have enjoyed our experience with Vision and the support staff was very helpful and patient with us regarding any questions we had during the transition.

I really want to be able to modify an invoice after I have picked it up. If i need to add shipping or give my customer a discount it shouldn't be so difficult to do so.

This software is fairly easy to set up and use for someone with a good estimating / printing background. Also very good to show other workers how to use.

I like the simplicity of the software. In particular i like the navigation in the new html version.

Both of our EDI implementations integrated in and out of EFI Radius were a success.

Buying this product is the single worst decision I've made in my career. I literally wake up in the middle of the night wondering what problem my organization will have in the morning.

The software is not built to conform to your needs. Very ridged and hard to adjust.

AC4D and PSA are actually pretty good as stand alone software.

Interface, reporting capabilities, easy to use accounting software.

My overall experience with EFI has been terrible.

Supports Packaging workflow, modules are self-explanatory. Classic layout was nice with multiple un-docked modules without covering a full screen with background menu.

Technical support is very poor. Communication at the customer level is extremely poor unless pushed heavily.

It does not integrate well with it's financial component and requires users to often do double entry. The maintenance fees for this software incredibly overpriced for what you get.

The installation and setup was wrong from the start and we've been trying to dig out of that mess since July of last year.

We look forward to importing forecasts to take advantage of the MRP Module in the future.

Very good for the quality department easy to use.

When an error is made in data entry, you have to go through many steps and returns to fix.

Functionality and the ability to do most of the functions required for our processes.

It's a cumbersome beast wired together from a bunch of separate packages and the integration is sometimes problematic. Configuration is horrible.

Satisfied customer - but took a long while to get there.
