I like the ease of use and set up. How it makes my company run more efficiently and helps gain and track profitability.

Full of bugs, lousy client interface and customer support is slow to respond in many cases.

They are very responsive and knowledgeable with the products that they sell. One on one training is well worth the cost and they help you customize the product to your needs.

It is intimidating at first. It takes a few sessions to get an understanding of what all the fields are.

Overly complicated at times. Biased towards offset printing over digital and wide format.

The lag time, the views, difficult to use, shortcuts, a lot of stuff I don't like.

Overall, I believe PrintSmith Vision is a great product. I have used it since 2006 and have seen the improvements and care the tech team has, they are great.

Easy searching and locating like documents for the companies. Rolling estimate and invoice are quick and user friendly.

Quite a few missing parts when we 1st upgraded.

Problems I have found that are an annoyance are the job description box is to small to put in an full accurate description.

The inability to import or export data directly out of the system without using the API or user interface.

We have enjoyed our experience with Vision and the support staff was very helpful and patient with us regarding any questions we had during the transition.

I really want to be able to modify an invoice after I have picked it up. If i need to add shipping or give my customer a discount it shouldn't be so difficult to do so.

This software is fairly easy to set up and use for someone with a good estimating / printing background. Also very good to show other workers how to use.

I like the simplicity of the software. In particular i like the navigation in the new html version.

We now have our first Client Portal up and running and our customer is thrilled.

In my opinion your system is good only for companies from 1 to 10 employees. That's a good feed for the money.

Everything has to be built by a technician. I assume the reports are available but no for us.

Consistency is ideal All my teammates have grasped the system quickly after minimal training and as my team has grown, it's nice to know ePro is reliable and I don't have to check over every invoice.

They were willing to tweak their interface to keep what we wanted, and hide the items we did not need.

In my previous review I was disappointed on several functionality issues as well as the customer service.

Very happy with system, would fully recommend it. Support is always very helpful and quick to respond.

But I just found negative and no cooperation you just want us to adjust to a limited software after sealing it as superior application.

They have also been a pleasure to work with. We had a long list on our wish list, and they had a solution for every one of them.

It is a seemless flow from print estimate to invoicing with clear steps to follow which allows great communication to the customer. Now it can be used on virtually any browser its fantastic.

The biggest mistake people make is when you change an estimate, go BACK to the blue tab. If you stay on the orange tab, the only changes the work order.

I like the ease of use, the programers are trying hard to relate to a journeyman printer, accounting is aalso happy with the system makes it easier for her.

Another great feature the used our existing quote letter and emulated to perfection.

We loved the interface, and found it simple to use.

Been through 3 management systems since early 2001. Print MIS's E Pro system is a genuine master piece.

No user manual is available so many features might be missed.

Time savings with template building is another great feature. We also figured out 90% of the features before we were trained that says something about ease of use.

Software is easy to instal - provides details like how much I am spending on each job and how much I will make - very user friendly.

This last part seemed to be the issue, as most every company we contacted had such steep setup fees and monthly charges that they were more than we could afford.

We tend to be pretty picky about our corporate look, and they were also wonderful in their willingness to customize our quote form to match our brand identity.

The trainer is really good - he has been willing to make adjustments to all sorts of.

I am always happy to talk to anyone about ePro for their shop.
