  • Pros

  • The automatic approval process from email is helpful, and means you don't have to log in to approve requisitions.
  • The software is intuitive, and training employees was very easy. The set up and implementation process was very straight forward, and the Bellwether team very supportive.
  • Cons

  • Sometimes I'll place a requisition for something that has already been requested, but since I can't see other people's orders I can't see that I'm duplicating a request that's already been made.
  • When you have to add a new item when ordering, it gets kinda confusing.

  • The user interface is better and there is no charge for bank accounts or for invoice uploads. Plus the cost per invoice is much better in Appfolio.
  • Our company uses AvidXchange with NetSuite, and we love the fact that invoices are automatically tied in to the NetSuite bills. Easy way to find a document during audits.
  • Cons

  • As far as we know, there is no way to change that default.
  • I feel sometimes the processors are in a hurry and mistype a vendor name or a campus location which creates an error on our end that we have to correct.
