The product has a useful integration and ease of use.

Cannot prioritize user stories when viewing the Epic list. No concept of teams, you assign users to a project or sprint.

Worst project management software I've ever used.

The best part is You can import everything from JIRA, within just 5 minutes. Special mention to the ZOHO Support team and Demo team, they did a amazing job in helping us move into ZOHO Sprints.

The main highlight is their Pricing. It is affordable and great value for money for the features they provide.

Having it bundled with Zoho Remotely is confusing. I am not sure if I am paying just for Sprints or for all of remotely.

Benefits of simplicity, what I like the most. I solved the problem to have to think about project management software at a very good price.

The best feature is the ability to write user stories and tasks easily and in advance and then plan those into the upcoming sprints.

The software is great looking, very easy to learn, and the team really liked it. We were able to get a project up-and-running quickly and it was easy to add new stories and tasks.

We like the simplicity of the interface and the ease in how we can have staff get trained on the tool. If the tool gets in the way of the project, we get rid of it.

I found adding and updating the steps of the projects a little cumbersome. Likely some part of that is user error and newness to the software.

There are a variety of customization options, including the ability to create custom fields and tags, to tailor the platform to the specific needs of the user.

The information is presented clearly and is easy to use, very intuitive and fun, has many features that make it a unique app.

The tool allows you to keep track of a multitude of projects all at once and allow you to really develop a visual view on the projects going on in every team.

Among the things I like best about the software are board variety, automation, and integrations. The idea portal shows you what's coming next, and they constantly improve and add new features.

Monday.com is incredibly useful for strategic planning and project management.

You can easily have a good support during your scrum process.

We are using Monday to keep a track of different projects, Cost and budget tracking and also to see which employee is overloaded with tasks and how can we work much more effectively and efficiently.

We don't rely on Gantt charts or cost analysis when managing our projects so monday.com has been a great resource in our planning.

With several features that make it simple to track progress and assign tasks, the user interface is created to be intuitive and simple to use.

Powerful workflow automation and great integration capability with other tools in use, that allows seamless  project tracking and easy to customize and create complex reports in minutes.

They are still a lot of integrations that are missing. Plus every integration needs to be approved by an admin and there's no way to turn this off.

Overall, Monday.com is a comprehensive and user-friendly platform that can greatly improve the efficiency and productivity of teams and organizations.

There are many resources to help you learn the features - if you want to become a power user.

Overall the interface is well designed; nice colors, fonts, spacing, etc. The tooltips on icon menu items is useful as is the ability to collapse the sidebar navigation.

Zoho Sprints is a cloud-based product roadmap solution for businesses of all sizes. The solution is designed to be used by agile teams and offers features such as user dashboards, reporting, scrum boards, timers and timesheets. Zoho Sprints can also be accessed via native mobile apps available for Android and iOS devices.


Zoho Sprints includes a drag-and-drop center which enables planning through tasks prioritization and setting reminders for every sprint. The dashboard gives users overviews of key project metrics and weekly project status updates. Different reports can be generated like burn-up and burn-down reports as well as velocity charts to track the progress and identify bottlenecks.


Timesheets enable users to track billable and non-billable hours and calculate the actual time spent on each work item. The scrum board enables visualization of work status for each sprint on the basis of their completion stage.
