Acubiz is a nice and intuitive system when you get to know it.

Users often complaining it takes time to submit claims (take pictures) occasionally troubles for users to log in.

The Acubiz One app for all the users/employees are a big advantage since it is quicker and easier for users to claim their travel expenses.

I have work with the  system many years now. But i think there is missing a hourglass when you use the Search modul.

Acubiz one is easy to use and that is what I like the most.

Easy to use for employes, just download the app and you are soon ready to go. Easy to use for finance, good overview and control of the expenses.

We use Acubiz EMS to approve the travel expenses in accounting and it gives us a nice overview of all the expense claims.

Scanning of dokuments in not working very well.

Also the scanning and recognition has improved during the years.

The service from the very beginning was high and positive. It has been a pleasure to work with the Acubiz team, and after the go-live everything just works as it has to.

No risk tracking throughout the project lifecycle. Unable to import a project plan back into the same project.

I worst thing I can say is a couple times of year we have a client or Sales Rep. that has a problem with the app.

At times is is difficult to identify where to find our projects. As of now, there are two pages that display your current projects differently, and that can be confusing.

However, the problem is usually fix that same day and sometimes it is user error and not the program at all.

I have very good experience to use the workfront and I recommend my all the clients to use it though it is costly.

The only thing I don't like about Workfront is that it was unable to meet the criteria needed by my company to continue to be used.

This reporting capability of Workfront also helped my manager provide budget and resources support, when needed.

I like how it is easy to tag someone in a project to notify them of your comment. This makes collaboration easy, and it's a nice way to remind someone of a task.

Frustrating Software That You Have to Bend to Your Needs.

The client can easily use the tools at the top of the page to highlight or point to what they want changed. The client can ask us questions and we can answer them all in the same place.

Workfront allows us to see the budget and the progress of the project. It is very important for us to monitor the budget regularly.

I love the ability to see or post an update on the project, tag someone when you have a question, and lay out the timeline in the gantt charts.
