Alloy doesn't cost a lot and he's making a pretty good job.

I like that I can log the work and paste HTML email threads in a ticket. Also managing all of the computer in the ticketing software is a nice feature.

The best part of it was cost. We looked at several other products ranging from cost to functionality to find Alloy provided more for less.

Please keep in mind that I do not use all of the available features of this system. But I really like the features that I'm currently using.

It can be cumbersome to learn in an SMB environment with small teams and no compartmentalization.

Customer service is extremely helpful in customizing the solution to best fit your needs. Software does everything you need for helpdesk and servicedesk operations.

Some built-in features are limited and require alterations.

I appreciate the flexibility of the system, once you learn the different levels of details it contains. The customer support is fantastic and really responsive.

It is simple to use for the average technician and the user portal is good as well. The integration of software allocation and databases of all hardware on our network is a must.

We already used Network Inventory and expanding to Alloy's own help desk was a natural step. Alloy Navigator has many features for a low cost and we are slowly moving forward and using more and more.

Alloy can be as simple or as complex as you want it to be based on how you set it up. The flexibility and depth are what I love most about it.

Software is reliable, user friendly and you get the results quickly.

Good customization options and if we can't fix it ourselves, Alloy can make it.

The ease of use, ability to customize the software to our needs and the fantastic support we receive.

My administrator has also created some very helpful reports and dashboards so I can track the work that my employees complete, and provide visibility to our Executive Leadership.

We have been using Alloy for over 13 years and have no plans to change.

While Alloy can track a wide breadth of information, sometimes getting into the nuts and bolts of the data can be a bit cumbersome.

It's a part of my daily work, and it makes everything fairly simple. I'd like to explore more of the available features within the application, and I'm really excited to see what else we can do.

We use Navigator for help desk ticket and asset management and have found it quite useful.

Navigator is a good management tool for IT assets.

There is not enough sync customization that can be manipulated or adjusted for AD sync.

The best thing about Alloy Navigator is the customization. If there is something you want this software to do, it can probably do it.

At times it can be a little confusing with what seems to be duplicate areas.

It was easy to install and the self service portal was easy to navigate.

Our shop has been using this software for years because it has excellent value, with good customer support.

If you have no teams at all, individuals can be overwhelmed as their are many features to this application.

Asset tracking, good customization possibilities and Alloy seem willing to help and adapt.

We are having success consolidating information for tickets, assets and knowledge. Keeping all of these in a single place has helped us.

Our clients also find the system fairly easy to use  to submit tickets and interact with the technicians. There is always more we could be doing with this system.

The ability to get a good picture of the support organization.

Email integration for alerts on new tickets and updates on existing tickets. Training that Alloy offers is well thought out and contains tons of information.

The scripting is a bit hard to understand if you don't come from a SQL background.

The amount of customization I found to be very useful.

We've used the network inventory and it works great and the support has been top notch.

The technical support are very courtesy, knowledgeable, and professional. The migration process to Alloy Navigator 8.1 was smooth and took a few minutes to complete.

The help desk and software licensing components really save a lot of time and are easy to use. I've been able to use the software licensing piece to fulfill a Microsoft audit with ease.

The reporting functionalities are active and the capacity optimization capability offered its fantastic.

SENSITIVE CONTENT] have been fantastic to work with, always there to help and advise and essential for me to learn more about the system and to be able to take a lot of the builds myself.

Customer service is excellent. Bug tracking feature will complete the product.

Scope, cost, schedule and risk data in one place makes my reporting tasks easier. Productivity has increased, tracking every detail is possible and accurate, all work is digitized and secure.

Benefit and financial tracking functions are also amazing and useful and the integration support is good. Coordination for the various members its great and the scenario analytics option is reliable.

The dashboard and registers are the best of any competing product  in terms of ease of adding and reporting on them. IT has the best cross portfolio reporting that I have used.

Excellent, the functionality is exceptional, and the customer support from the sales to technical staff is fast and comprehensive.

Highly configurable to our particular needs - provides a single platform for different work streams  - all with bespoke workflows. User friendly interfaces.

For an Administrator, the back-end can be daunting  especially if the employee does not have a background in ICT or logical arguments.

The Gantt chart delivers perfectly on a project level and is powerful when combined with a Programme.

Coordination environment software and it effectively support English and the integration with other social tools like Facebook and LinkedIn is excellent.

It is an easy to navigate, intuitive system that we are constantly working on, refining our processes and what functionality we use... it's just now part of our day to day business.

No matter if we are in or out of the office, Cora PPM works perfectly with an integrated messaging to consult project progress.

Going to a single tool with access to all the information and portfolio management makes everything simpler and more effective, plus this solution allows me to identify more and better opportunities.

At times speed can be an issue, but this most likely more due to local internet speed rather than the platform itself. It is the problem that any cloud based software encounters from time to time.
