"I like how organized it is and how it breaks down the project list and how you can mark the status of your projects."

"I like that it's structured and there's lots of ways to connect communication points within a team and an external project requester."

"There's so many different options you can truly develop the tool to fit your specific needs."

"The lack of customization, the rigidity of the templates, the flow of building projects and communications."

"The interface is not intuitive and there are strict parameters for adding information"

"It would be nice to have a better unified way of viewing "My Work" where projects were grouped together in a clear way. as it stands it's just a huge task list and it's hard to tell which task belongs to which project, even if you sort by "job" number."
