If a label is mistakenly made, there isn't a way to specifically undo it.

Task management in the application is simple and effective.

Custom fields which can be searched on, filtered by - this is fantastic in itself as this is a difficult to implement properly, and it works perfectly.

For people who work with computer on a daily basis (not programmers)  it is good tool to report work and tasks progress. It has nice integration with Slack communicator.

You get all the necessary core features (task tracking, source control) in a very reliable service (downtime negligible in >5 years) for a good price.

There is a cost for each user, which limited the number the roles that were provided access to this tool.

Assrmbla was basic, offering no reporting as a project tool, and basic scrum options.

It's a solution that has it all but I would welcome an overhaul of UI and backend optimization for speed. It feels like there's a lot of ancient code in there.

The clumsy implementation of scrum and poor handling of sprints through milestones. The lack of decent work flows and the outdated feel.

This product is using by our development team and its managed in a good manner and very user friendly tool.

There are also other tricks and integrations that IT people can benefit from.

I prefer my apps to be stupid simple. I felt this app was a little more smarter than I wanted.

Easy to use, and also intuitive i like the drag and drop between columns.

It is a nice tool which helps us to work everyday. Having git integrated and scrum is really useful.

This elevated our customer service and allowed us to more swiftly tackle issues and to keep on track with our project development.

The product is easy to use, the most important feature that I use everyday is the the Tickets and Wiki sections. The cardwall view is excellent.

There are many features of this product that we don't even use (resource tracking, burn downs, Standups)  so maybe I shouldn't complain about the price.

Every features is thoughtfully designed to help my team stay on track and improve communication to ship the code faster and more efficient.

Pretty ok interface for that purpose. Automatic notifications about ticket updated in browser tab's is pretty cool and handy feature.

It seems very secure, and I love the fact that you can see which files others have checked out, that's  huge thing when working with a big team.

Also, the customer service is not very good. We had to report all manager for a whole week the same problem to get a follow up for the problem.

As a developer, the main functions I interacted with are the repository and ticket management. Both are intuitive and easy to use.

Not all the companies talk to each other, but some do... great business model, for Assembla.

Software administration that is straightforward and focused.

Additionally tickets have good support for relationships and some hierarchy.

The only cons about assembla is when you have a ticket open and if someone updates it, it constantly flashes, can get distracting.

The new enhancements are great. Really appreciate how Assembla listens to their clients feedback and takes action(s) on their recommendations.

Your customer service is really really pathetic. I understand you guys are trying to put in some system in place.

Solid fundamentals, easy to onboard new users, it has all necessary features.

Menus are unintuitive, it's impossible to find anything I'm looking for. The interface is ugly and complicated while simultaneously delivering too much information and nothing I need to see.

This software offer a good UI and powerful usability, and have a comprehensive bouquet of all the necessary features.

I want to have a way to organize messages that everyone can see and follow up with which is the point of Assembla for my team, but messages get constantly lost or forgotten about.

I will warn that sometimes after major updates there are glitches. However, every software that is constantly updating of this size has minor glitches after major updates.

It does a great job of tracking your project costs. Timekeeping is a breeze and the bookkeeping/accounting functions are easy to learn.

The help link and the Ajera customer support center are fantastic tools, especially as a new user of the software.

Had to use, complex, and no dependencies. It takes a lot of management to make it work right.

Very hard to use, very hard to do what you want to do. Basic tasks can be impossible without assistance.

We find it difficult to use, and difficult to have an accountant or bookeeper who will work with it.

Project Management and Scheduling are great. Our project managers love the system.

Interface looks dated and is not intuitive. I often have to re-enter time due to “multiple processes” errors which is frustrating and time consuming.

The few project managers who were involved with the project set up training are very excited to see the level of detail available for project costing and time scheduling.

There is no dependencies, so when a task schedule changes all other dependent tasks need to be adjusted manually.

The ability to track projects in real time is also very handy. Views are very customizable and the built in graphics are a nice feature.

This is the most difficult system that we have ever worked with in the 40 years that I have been in business. We are switching to Quick Books.

Hard to use, ugly, and poor customer service. Only runs on microsoft edge, will not remember your password, will ask you for permission to download and run something every single time.

Many features allow for power users. But not many people are power users.

Excellent product and support. Outstanding value when compared to all others on the market.

I like that I can create dashboards and do custom inquires. Depending on who you get when you call support, they are usually helpful and knowledgeable.

It's ugly, it's convoluted, and users all seem to hate it.
