AssessTeam - Excellent Software!

Excellent work AssessTeam. Thank you for creating a program that has saved us in terms of time and money!

PROS

Really love the ease-of-use - employees do as well. Switching over from a manual system was not difficult at all and great support was provided from the start. AssessTeam has all the features needed to deliver thorough performance management for staff for a great price.

CONS

Upgrades to the software are done to keep it relevant and user-friendly.

AssessTeam for Evaluations

IT was a great solution to implemnet to cover Assessments modules for employees. Very helpful.

PROS

Online version, lots of features for customization, flexibility

CONS

import of files - in excel it is hard to read. There is no room in the profile of employee where we can leave comments and see history of additional feedbacks if we want to have such.

It's ok... not great

I'm not a huge fan. It's ok, but for the end user. It's difficult as an administrator to manage in public safety with frequent schedule/supervisor changes for employees.

PROS

It is nice to have reminders of when you want employees to be evaluated. It's a central point to evaluate, send, discuss, and receive signatures from the employee.

CONS

Set up is difficult. With change in the organization and it not being kept up with, I have to delete every evaluator from each employee and re assign every evaluator to an employee. This is HOURS of work. I ought to be able to great groups of employees and assign them that way. If it's possible, I'd like to know how.

Excellent customer support

PROS

While the system is a bit clunky and lacks some flexibility I am used to, we have had excellent support from [sensitive content hidden]. He has been instrumental is our desire to continue leveraging the tool going forward.

CONS

Self review process is not-intuitive. We had to work around it but I can't specify right now. My admin is more familiar with those hurdles we encountered.

Positive - mostly because of [SENSITIVE CONTENT] availability and support. He is informative, relatable, understanding, friendly and very helpful with step by step guidelines.

PROS

I appreciate the available data base of Result Areas / Evaluations as well as the customer support provided

CONS

It's a little bit complicated to figure out / envision what the final evaluation will look like - when creating result areas / performance indicators I am not experienced enough with the software to see how the results will be generated

Very easy to work with and great price.

So far, I am very happy with the AssessTeams product. We will be going through our first set of Performance Reviews very soon and will share more then.

PROS

Once we worked through the basic functions, it was very easy to use. The agents made themselves available to assist and answer questions.

CONS

It's a little slow going from screen to screen but for the price I can live with that as it really didn't make a difference to me.

Great Experience with AssessTeam

I have had a very good experience and would recommend that if you are looking for a company that will provide dedicated service, is responsive and a value for your money that you give AssessTeam a try.

PROS

I especially like the fact that they are accessible. I can schedule a call with my sales director to walk me through any questions I have about the platform and they are very responsive by email as well. I also like that I feel they are well suited for smaller companies. Some of the other competitors had extremely high costs with large minimum subscriptions which are cost prohibitive to smaller companies who want a good product.

CONS

I haven't found anything that I dislike yet, but will be happy to provide recommendations for improvement once we have rolled out and completed our first review.

Ideal evaluation solution for our needs

We were using a spreadsheet based evaluation process which was cumbersome for the evaluator and person being evaluated, it also required manual scheduling and a separate system for actioning follow areas for focus. AssessTEAM has allowed us to not only take out evaluations on line but the set-up means we can easily standardise common areas of evaluation and update these across the team. The flexible scheduling of evaluations by person means we can now set-up a range of evaluations and drive improvements across the business on an ongoing basis, with the scoring giving everyone the clarity on where to focus on improvements and keep doing the good things they do.

PROS

It exactly met what we wanted and is solely focussed on evaluations whereas other solutions provide a wide range of facilities that we didn't need and made the product much more costly and complex. We liked the overall simplicity of use combined with the well thought out functionality.

CONS

Ideally we'd prefer a wider range of reporting although it does provide the analysis we need. The up and coming notification feature will be useful for setting when and where we want email notifications.

It was focussed on evaluations, provided all the features we needed, including some we hadn't thought of, and was very good value for money.

LDX Review

No issues so far, when I have needed any guidance the call logging process has been easy and the turnaround time for resolution has been very quick.

PROS

Easy to deploy/implement as well as easy to use once you get the hang of it.

CONS

Perhaps a little more explanation around some of the concepts e.g. when setting up an evaluation what'll happen when picking " Default result areas ...." vs " Select from all available result areas" etc.

Simple to use and easy to rollout

It took us a total of 3 days to rollout the system for 16 employees. The KRA database was very useful to build a foundation of our evaluation plan and the simple import routines got our employees setup quickly. Very little help was needed unlike the other systems I have tried , never saw a video or needed help

Fantastic ride with AssessTeam

It was a beautiful experience, it enabled my organization receive great feedback which is positively impacting our policies, culture, work ethics and overall performance. Also, we received great support from the team,really patient and always ready to provide clarifications where necessary. I was truely a great ride with AssessTeam!!

* This product gives room for organisation to customize to their preffered options and template * Its was user freindly and easy to navigate * I love that it gives evaluators the option to express other concerns in free text * Employees loved that is was anonymous which made them more comfortable to express themselves

CONS

For some evaluators in my organization, while the evaluation interface was engaging as it should, for a few, the page appeared different and mumbled, I believe they would have had a better experience.

AssessTeam Review

My overall experience has been great! The customer service team is phenomenal and has quickly assisted with any questions or issues that I had.

PROS

It was pretty easy to navigate around and assign reports. It was great to be able to upload a census from our benefit administration system so we did not have to manually enter all employees.

CONS

When you forget to add someone to an initial evaluation, you have to create an entirely new template/record for them.

Building a Performance Review process from scratch

The best part of AssessTeam is the support I received while setting this up for my company. I think [SENSITIVE CONTENT HIDDEN] met with me at least 10 separate times via Google Meet to help me decide how I needed to set this up to best suit our needs. He has been SO patient (and kind) with me & did a lot of the set up on his end after explaining what I wanted to happen. He truly went above & beyond and I'm so thankful as we are in the middle of our first review & I'm getting great feedback from the team! Thank you, [SENSITIVE CONTENT HIDDEN]!!

PROS

The ability to customize the process to exactly what we need, having continued support from the AssessTeam (specifically [SENSITIVE CONTENT HIDDEN]) & a very clean/simple aesthetic.

CONS

The process of setting things up isn't super intuitive for a non-technical person, but luckily they had excellent customer support!

Easy to Use and Great Customer Support

I have nothing but great things to say about the team member I worked with. [SENSITIVE CONTENT HIDDEN], the business consultant that helped me provided a fantastic demo and not only answered all of my questions, but helped me get my team set up and made sure I fully understood how to use all of the software functionality to optimize my team's experience.

PROS

Love the simplicity of the software, yet the high level of functionality. The system is easy to use, has a fantastic layout and provides all of the functions we need to manage team performance. I worked with one of the business consultants and he was friendly, patient and very thorough at explaining the software to me.

CONS

I don't have anything negative to say about this software.

Great product! Customization takes some time, but once completed it sames allot of time on all levels!!

Very friendly and help sales/implementation staff.

PROS

How easy it is to access/complete an evaluation through the link in an email. We also like the Monday motivators to remind our employees to complete their evaluations.

CONS

Wish it was a little more customizable from a security set up stand point.
