"The platform has helped us streamline our performance management process, making employee evaluations, goal tracking, and feedback easier to administer and more structured."

"Everyone was able to submit peer nominations, self-reflections, peer reviews and upward feedback."

"We have experienced great customer service, anytime we have a question it gets answered quickly, they help with the changes or set up anytime we ask."

"It is difficult for new users to manuever and choose correct"template", "ad-hoc", "evaluation scorering" etc.. and we had experience of "template" being duplicated or presented strange template that we did not create."

"I’m still unsure where I can view the reminders that have already been sent to employees—for example, how many times a reminder has been sent."

"We have to print - save as pdf each review individually which isn't the most efficient."
