  • It's extremely convenient and easy to implement with a team. Quick to learn with help functions and features accessible simply by typing a single word.
  • Intelligent enough to know what you want and easy to use like chatting with someone.
  • Cons

  • There is some difficulty when editing time logs. The calendar does not work very well.
  • It’s hard to remember which thing to type for each report you want to do, but there is a cheat sheet for that purpose.

  • That it is really user friendly; never heard of Ravetree until I began working at The Bookkeeper. Wonderful tool to track and prioritize tasks.
  • All employees can access up to date content in one simple place. Good visual representation of information.
  • Cons

  • At the time of this review, there was no public API, which for us is a deal-breaker.
  • The lack of stability and the appalling support.
