I will warn that sometimes after major updates there are glitches. However, every software that is constantly updating of this size has minor glitches after major updates.

It does a great job of tracking your project costs. Timekeeping is a breeze and the bookkeeping/accounting functions are easy to learn.

The help link and the Ajera customer support center are fantastic tools, especially as a new user of the software.

Had to use, complex, and no dependencies. It takes a lot of management to make it work right.

Real time data; ease of use for non-accounting people.

Very hard to use, very hard to do what you want to do. Basic tasks can be impossible without assistance.

We find it difficult to use, and difficult to have an accountant or bookeeper who will work with it.

Project Management and Scheduling are great. Our project managers love the system.

Interface looks dated and is not intuitive. I often have to re-enter time due to “multiple processes” errors which is frustrating and time consuming.

The few project managers who were involved with the project set up training are very excited to see the level of detail available for project costing and time scheduling.

There is no dependencies, so when a task schedule changes all other dependent tasks need to be adjusted manually.

The ability to track projects in real time is also very handy. Views are very customizable and the built in graphics are a nice feature.

This is the most difficult system that we have ever worked with in the 40 years that I have been in business. We are switching to Quick Books.

Hard to use, ugly, and poor customer service. Only runs on microsoft edge, will not remember your password, will ask you for permission to download and run something every single time.

Many features allow for power users. But not many people are power users.

Excellent product and support. Outstanding value when compared to all others on the market.

I like that I can create dashboards and do custom inquires. Depending on who you get when you call support, they are usually helpful and knowledgeable.

It's ugly, it's convoluted, and users all seem to hate it.

A Good Tool That Works for Almost All Scenarios.

I found Fogbugz to be very flexible and easy to use once I was able to understand its interface. It offers a lot of customization and additional features such as a wiki and user forums.

It can be time consuming to get what you want out of it. The overall experience is lack luster.

While other similar products contain complicated features that you're unlikely to need at a small to mid-sized company, FogBugz strikes a great balance between flexibility and usability.

While I did not get to use FogBugz for a long time, I did enjoy how simple it was when I did use it.

Some delay when email is sent. Sometimes cases that are supposed to send notifications do not appear.

It can be difficult to sort through large volumes of tickets. While it may be good for very small teams, in bigger teams the software feels inadequate.

The user interface is simple and therefore easy to use. Anyone can learn to use FogBugz quickly.

It was handy that things were able to consolidated to each project. It was nice to be able to make notes and send emails directly from cases.

When I tried to log into my account to cancel it, it wouldn't even load.

The SQL query system is useful, but also rather confusing.

It has their own version of SQL queries for fetching specific tickets , which is handy once you figure out how it works. For small teams this can be great software.

It has all the functionalities needed for a project management platform. Overall it is really easy to use.

This was not the easiest software to use and navigate.
