The first thing I used was Trello, but it broke pretty soon at more than a couple of employees and I had to buy Basecamp. This system provides the client with an opportunity to see their own, proof and marketing schedule, taking out a lot of phone calls. I was pleasantly surprised the AI formatted my notes correctly, unlike other programs that create chaos with them. We do all our frontend and QA ticketing thru Basecamp, it is nice that they do not vanish into thin air. They also provide us with an additional view of the board and calendar, which is whatever. #### Cons The most frustrating thing about Basecamp is sometimes it seems like they put to much emphasis on features and I lose track of where things are located, especially finding the CRM section.
