My One Everyday Solution
I can't say enough about how easy and effective Beebole is for tracking time to projects. The best thing is that it is incredibly powerful yet simple to use. No one wants a "solution" that takes more time than the time-saving it is supposed to provide.
PROSFor tracking projects and different scopes within a project, this is the easiest and most efficient use of my time. It gives us accurate and detailed information to include with client billing.
CONSI find the mobile app version a little less intuitive to enter the same information as the online version.

Beebole provides the option for dividing a project into separate scopes to track while allowing us to see the whole picture of a project.

BeeBole works for us!
We are a small consulting firm that relies on accurate time reporting for reimbursement from our clients. BeeBole has provided that with a minimal learning curve. Whenever we have a question or concern about anything the BeeBole team has been very responsive and pleasant to work with.
PROSThis product is very easy to use and much more intuitive than some other software we looked at. My staff adapted quickly and like they can access from anywhere.
CONSWhile standard reports are not exactly what I am looking for, the ability to export the data is so easy and gives me the ability to make the reports look as I want them to.
Reasons for switching to Beebole Project Time Tracking
Our version of Timeslips was becoming unsupported so we needed to upgrade or change. Timeslips offered way more features than we needed making it cumbersome and expensive. Beebole was perfect for our application and quite reasonable with the pricing. We decided to give it a try and have not been disappointed. It provides a software that is easy to use, flexible, affordable and has great customer service.

Support team is amazing
PROSIt's easy to use as a user and explain to new employees as a trainer. It's easy to use to pull the reports that are needed.
CONSOnce you get the product setup correctly it's easier to use but the click/drag function to a new user is a pain. It is also hard to ensure what the other users are viewing. We have sensitive information and we want to ensure that is not conveyed to a project manager, the settings feature is very confusing.

Easy to use and Excellent value for money.
My overall experience has been excellent. BeeBole helps me track project profitability in relation to fee versus time spent. This allows me to set realistic fee proposals and also better project time and staffing needs on future projects.
PROSI love the ability to easily input new clients and create multiple projects and sub-projects for existing clients. The ability to insert different phases and tasks under a project is also extremely helpful.
CONSThere is no ability to create invoices and pay-slips directly in the software. Currently I export data to Excel to create invoices and pay-slips.

Reduced Cost and Simplicity of use more appropriate for a very small-scale firm.

Great timekeeping App
Beebole has a very easy and nice-looking user interface. The best part of Beebole is the ability to view reports based on an employee, a contract, a task, and by month.
CONSThe one thing I wish was easier is viewing PTO, along with the accrual rate.

Good, basic timesheet tool
Like that it's fairly easy to use. I am not, inherently, a strong administrative person. I am the business owner, and fought entering my own time, although I required my employees to. Once I embraced it, it wasn't that hard.
CONSI wish it had an easier way to add multiple lines to the same day for the same category.

Our go-to timesheet system
We've been using BeeBole for many years, and we have never thought about switching to another platform. The system's ease of use and our employees' satisfaction with BeeBole make it our best choice. The speed and helpfulness of their Support also deserves praise.
PROSBeeBole is a user-friendly, intuitive, easy to use timesheet system. The initial training for a new employee takes less than 30 minutes, and we barely have any user issues (even those are resolved easily in-house). The timesheet easily works with our internal resource allocation system.
CONSEverything we use BeeBole for, works perfectly. There are no cons to the system, only room for development. E.g. it would be great to see a function for time/resource planning, as well.

Easy time tracker!
I love how easy and simple this time tracking program is! I was looking for something very simple for our few employees. I don't need a bunch of extra steps and features like other products offer. This is perfect!

To my knowledge, the best time tracking software for complex projects
This is an extremely good application that offers enough flexibility to be able to meet a wide range of organization needs in terms of time management and expenses.
PROS- detailed and customizable reporting functionality - extensive functionality documentation- easy to use interface for time registration- diverse functionality
CONS- group management could be improved. I would prefer to see all users of a group in one list and modify access there, instead of doing that from the user profile.
Reason for choosing Beebole Project Time Tracking
The choice depended on the capability to set up progects in a specific way. For this app, the ability to create subprojects and assign tasks on the project level was key.

Straightforward but powerful time registration tool!
I have found the tool very effective in creating monthly reports for team leads and finance. Also applying some post-processing (by means of a spreadsheet) is very easy thanks to all the metadata that can be added to time entries such as custom field values and groups.
PROSThe SW is nicely structured in modules, and every screen is highly customizable depending on your needs and role in the organisation. The best thing by far is the support these guys are providing: even when hitting the limits of the tool on a given use case, the online chat is always the easiest way to get in touch with them and get support in a matter of a couple of hours tops!
CONSManagement of which users get to view which projects to book their hours on is not the simplest thing to configure when managing complex setups (e.g. by default every new sub-project/project/company is visible to everybody - or inherits by its parent). When pushing the tool to its limits, especially when trying to move hours across projects and companies, it can be hard to get it right because the manual intervention required can be error prone. A recent update has improved this aspect (no more need for export and import data), however there are still a number limitations (e.g. hours cannot be moved from a project to a sub-project).

This is what Beebole needs to be perfect !
From my own experience i liked how you can customize the platform the way you want it to be, especially for financial reports, you get all your data extracted and prepared in an excel sheet which is perfect.Also you can do massive mass uploads from the templates that are prepared by just uploading an excel sheet with the data you want to import .
CONSFrom the feedback that i have gotten from a lot of people criticized the UI of the platform.Also they want a new feature that allows everyone to automate fulfillement of their timesheets so they do not have to do it daily or weekly, if that's possible to add that it would be perfect

I'ts been great overall for our needs. I would (and do) recommend to clients with similar needs to our own.
PROSSimplicity and very tight scope focused on time capture against client projects.
CONSThe user interface is clever in that it's highly configurable (a smart concept), but as much as this works in it's favour, it also hinders navigability through the data and forces some design concessions which can make the user experience weaker for rich usage patterns. The API still has areas for improvement relating to primary and external keys for some data sets , as well as limitations in some retrieval queries.

Not a one stop shop, Beebole does one thing really well
It's been great, we have no regrets in selecting Beebole for time tracking.
PROSBeebole's API allowed us to integrate time tracking with our engagement management, invoicing and HR services. It does what it does well, and that's all we need from it!
CONSAs an admin user, it takes some time to understand the options for customising reports so that I can effectively monitor time against engagements across our team.

Best Customer Support w/ Beebole
The best part of Beebole is the customer service. With previous more costly systems, it would take days sometimes over a week to get a "help" response, which often wasn't helpful at all. With Beebole, we get replies within the hour, and the support team will even quickly go into our account to fix the issues so we don't have to spend any time adjusting settings. We have gotten the system working flawlessly for us in no time. The Beebole team is incredibly patient and fast, and we are continuously uncovering new ways the system can work harder for us.
PROSIt is very user friendly, easy to set up and understand. We had to do minimal training with our team on how to use it as it is quite intuitive as long as you have done a timesheet before. Pulling reports is also incredible simple that our team was able to figure them out without any training. We get eactly what we need from Beebole in a user-friendly first interface.
CONSWe are always looking for ways to make approval processes easier for our team. Our only feedback so far with Beebole would be absence approval specific module where Team Leaders could quickly see submitted requests, absence status and approve.

Effective and extremely flexible time tracking tool for freelancers and agencies
I work with other freelancers and I have several clients. I really need to know what's going on, and it's not a matter of trust and performance, it's a matter of understanding how long it takes them to do some recurring tasks and unexpected ones, because my quote for clients is based on those billable time entries and I found that, before using this app, most of the time we were completely underestimating how long it would take us to do this or that, it affects margins and profit. This wasn't my first time tracking tool, I have to admit it, but now comparing BeeBole to other well-known time tracking tool for freelancers, I'm sticking to it mainly because of 2 things I haven't found elsewhere: customizable dashboards with your own metrics and super fast online and offline support. Plus it's in Spanish too. Also pricing is very easy to understand, and I have access to all features, there's no difference in that sense between a small agency like mine and super big customers, and I appreciate that too.
PROSProduct itself: the customizable dashboards and reporting system. All the permission levels. Also pricing system. Support is superb. The fact it is in Spanish.
CONSWhen I signed up for the free trial, it felt like landing a little bit on the moon, like emptiness. I was expecting more bells & whistles, now I appreciate its simplicity, and probably the fact of having a walkthrough tour might have helped a little bit. In any case I contacted support and they were fast and attentive and set me up a demo and till now.

User friendly online timesheets of your team
Very visual and user friendly online system to track your team's timesheets. Very kind, supportive and responsive custommer service. Quick solutions and flexible approach whenever possible which was very helpful especially at the stage of putting the system in place.
PROSEasy setting of the parameters of the activities/projects/people, etc. Very user friendly very visual online timesheets system. Easy reporting with nice graphs for the administrator and for the user him/herself.
CONSSetting quotas (ex. absences) can only be done individually. Would be very useful to be able to settle them once for the whole team.

Very good. I get out of it what I need and it is simple to use.
PROSThe fact that it is simply laid out and that you can 'import' and 'export' the functionality you need.
CONSSome of the labelling when creating reports is no very helpful and you have to use a little bit of trial and error to get what you want.

Brilliant. Just brilliant.
Monitoring of costs by client is invaluable.
PROSSearched long and hard (many months) for the right product, was delighted when I found Beebole: 1) Intuitive and easy to use 2) The UI is kept modern and simple in the right places, while retaining power and custimisation ability you need under the hood 3) Excellent reporting / export functions 4) First class support, very quick responses and available on email/chat I could not recommend this product more highly. It's a straighforward and often overlooked need for many businesses, however so many products get this so wrong. Beebole have nailed it.

Great product, great support team
BeeBole made it possible and simple to put around 100 employees to register their working hours almost overnight, easely removing the barriers that humans have against timesheets. With BeeBole, I can fully analyse my company's performance, allocating personnel costs to activities and to assets, at different levels. It's an absolut value-for-money.
PROSBeing a product designed for project management, it was highly adaptable to a different context. It's also very user friendly.
CONSI still didn't have any bad experience...

I chose BeeBole because it is much mode flexible, it is adaptable to my needs (which are nor project management), while its competitors didn't show this ability. Also, the support team was tireless during the free trial, when I was testing the flexibility of the product.

Streamlines time tracking and project costing
We are able to get labor costs split for each project, now. This helps us to analyze job profitability.
PROSIt took me a little bit to get to where I understand how to do the tasks we need in BeeBole. Now that I have it worked out for our system, it is smooth and straightforward. We especially like the time entry, project tracking, and weekly reporting download.
CONSIt is a bit frustrating to sort out how to do the various tasks. The help modules are decent, but they do not answer all of the questions. It is quite a bit of trial to see how something works.
