The comment section of each file allows me and the collaborators to notify each other when something has been added or sonething new has been shared..it has definitely streamlined collaboration regarding events. I also enjoy that there are a saved versions of documents. You can go back and recover past renderings. Box has also been a game changer when it came to remote work. When I was preparing to move to remote work, i transfered my documents to Box. It was the best move I made. #### Cons The downside of Box is that it can look cluttered.
