By the time that I would reach the end of the free tier and needed to upgrade, it was a no-brainer for me because I already saw how much value it provided. I saw how easy it was to collaborate on projects with people, how I could automate a lot of tasks, and just how easy it was to use. #### Cons This is a really nitpicky thing, but in their documents feature, their tables don't work. It had the nitty gritty that's sometimes needed for project management, but you could also keep it simple if needed. I liked the collaboration and easy visibility on who was working on what. You could easily add yourself to a project, watch a project, add tasks and subtasks, tag people, etc. I also like that you can easily see all the projects on the side and collapse what you need to collapse. You don't to go to this page, then this page, then that page. You can get an overview on the left and collapse anything you're not working on or don't need to know about. #### Cons It's honestly pretty user friendly, but it does take a minute to learn and get everything up and running.
