Businessmap have been extremely helpful in all areas from product development, training, queries & problem resolution. Also the pricing is reasonable. #### Cons Biggest Bummer: NO MOBILE INTEGRATION and their Product Manager tells that it won't come at all. As a CTO I am constantly considering migrating to something else. Can't just use the tool on the go. Also its user interface has a lot of innecessary whitespace and no intuitive list view. With some sort of "Import to main account". Maybe making a Sandbox user per Business Account so we can Dev outside of the main frame and those business rules don't apply to what we have working right now. You don't need any (or almost any) help to start creating their Kanban boards. Indeed, it is so intuitive to build new swim lames and cards. We use it to manage our strategic planning and operational processes including resource planning and sales pipeline. With clients we use it in a variety of ways to fit their specific need. The flexibility really helps us to adapt to their current context. #### Ratings breakdown - Ease of use: 5/5 - Value for money: 5/5 - Customer support: 5/5 - Functionality: 5/5 #### Pros The flexibility to configure the workspaces, boards, workflows, cards and everything else is brilliant because it allows us to adapt to meet our specific processes and needs. The ability to create relationships between boards and between cards allows visibility and traceability across the organisation. #### Cons It's a really minor point but the way the software interacts with large touch screens varies on different web browsers - sometimes it's hard to drag cards or stickers around but it can be overcome easily by using a mouse. #### Reasons for choosing Businessmap The ability to connect boards and the power of the business rules and others. #### Vendor response Thank you for your review, Keith. No incentive was offered I work for a consulting company that helps its clients in the optimization of their processes. In particular, I have used Kanbanize inside the Technical Office of some of my clients for the order management process. With Kanbanize we recreated exactly the client's process with all the information we wanted to manage. I would like to recommend Kanbanize if you need to manage a process characterized by different and well-defined steps that involve different users/offices. #### Ratings breakdown - Ease of use: 3/5 - Value for money: 5/5 - Customer support: 5/5 - Functionality: 4/5 #### Pros Kanbanize is a very complete and feature-rich tool. It allows you to create your own workflow based on your process and immediately view the state of the art. The Kanbanize card is the most complete card I have seen in the various digital tools. The business rules allow you to insert strategic alerts on the board in order to anticipate problems. The Kanbanize Support is excellent: answers always arrive clear, complete and within a few hours. #### Cons Kanbanize is full of features and you need to study it constantly and thoroughly if you want to use it in the best way. In this way it is not so easy to use instantly, but when you learn how to do you forget the difficulties of the first days. The second point I can come up with is that in filters, Analytics and xls export, colours are mentioned with their codes and this is not so user friendly.
