Full with tools and features
As few as possible have an on-demand option. Compared to Microsoft's software, this one is faster and cleaner. Card hierarchies can be infinitely scaled. Card data formats, webform submission, and attribution controls is easily customized. Different views may be used effectively to make a positive influence and provide clarity. To maintain a more classic timeline perspective, this is among the few products that include a dual temporal field on a project card.
CONSAdding new tasks is possible through email, although the address is cumbersome and difficult to remember. Kantree's email address is complicated for me to remember, and I'd like it to start with the term "kantree."

Excellent project management and collaboration platform at one place!
Easy to use tool. It have intuitive design structure. We can easily manage the project flow and its structure. We can create several projects with our own customisation and assign it to our particular team members. Also, their support team is really helpful.
CONSAs of now I had not faced any issues yet using this software.

Finally the perfect fit
Our system is for volunteers that are coordinate in their spare time educational activities for hundreds of children. Being off-site and already using our web app, we needed a task management system that offered the most flexibility in terms of style of management and software customizations (iframing, custom fields, ui, web app abilities).
PROS100% web-feature complete, 100% optimized for mobile screens. Huge pluses are the over the top flexibility and customizations available.
CONSDrop expensive (for our budget), but nothing too much. Especially helpful in our case would be the unlicensed (free) user capabilities that is included for no extra cost: users can be used in card fields, submit comments and run automations. This made it much more affordable as well.

Flexible and easy to use
Great experience with all the tools and has been very helpful with our collaboration.
PROSI prefer Kantree's version control tools since they are simple to use and allow me to see the changes. Another helpful feature was creating account panels with assignments from diverse business evaluations. Tagging and action items make it simple to delegate a task to another person working on a document with you.
CONSIt isn't easy to manage tables (especially when dealing with large amounts of data), so we usually connect Excel files instead. However, if it had more capabilities for organizing sheets, we'd love it even more. In general, the standard typeface is an excellent choice since it helps the work appear more polished. However, I feel that more typefaces would be required for texts where we genuinely want to add some fun.

Chosen over all others
Using this product has had an immediate productivity impact and can be learned intuitively. It has allowed us to apply Agile principles to all aspects of the business.
PROSOne of the very few platforms that has a on prem option. It is highly performant and leaned up of usual Microsoft esk bloatware and phone home. Infinitely scaleable in card hierarchy's, easily customisable with card data models, webform entry and attribution filters. Effective use of views for productive impact and clarity. One of the few products that has a dual time field on a task card to still allow for a more traditional timeline view.
CONSHelp is not the greatest, a few language issues French/English.

Multi-Project Kanban Tool with nested Boards
Keeping track of a project with roughly 6000 tasks, sorted in many sub-stories for more than a year now. Excellent tool with high in-team acceptance.
PROSCards on the kanban board may contain a kanban board by itself. This enables creating a hierarchical tree within a project without loosing track, also due to excellent filters and customizable views. It is highly configurable in parameters and contexts for sorting and information. 2D-Matrix views enable using a second dimension on kanban boards and allow switching contexts within a mouse strike.
CONSStatistic tools are somewhat stiff, yet configurable. No native ressource management.

simple - just awesome
Kantree is a very easy to set up software with a large range of functions! The price performance ratio is consistent and the support can convince. All in one, Kantree is currently one of the best systems on the market I know.

Une solution de gestion souple et évolutive.
Nous avions déjà abordé la solution 2 ans auparavant.Indépendamment des différentes fonctionnalités, on apprécie tout particulièrement le fait d'avoir un support à l'écoute et le sentiment d'avoir une équipe jeune derrière qui a la volonté de faire progresser le logiciel en écoutant nos besoins.Il y a forcément toujours des insatisfactions mais on sent la progression et l'évolution du produit.
PROSLa capacité de customiser tout l'environnement de travail, définir des rôles, et de pouvoir superviser l'ensemble des projets en allant jusqu'au détail des cartes.
CONSLe tracking de temps interne avec compteur intégré permettant une meilleure évaluation des ressources.La gestion des documents.

Il nous manquait pour l'essentiel la capacité d'avoir une réelle supervision de projets qui puisse aller jusqu'au détail des tâches projets.On a avec Kantree la possibilité de remonter tout projet confondu les tâches pour un utilisateur qui peut personnaliser ces vues.On peut gérer plusieurs topologies de projet assez simplement.

Packed with features
I started using it recently and have found it to be much better than the alternatives.
PROSIt can do everything! My favorite part is that it allows subtasks within other tasks.
CONSYou can submit new tasks by email but the email address is very long and confusing. I wish it was something eaiser to remember....or even something that started with the word kantree so my email client could autocomplete the address.

Bonne solution de gestion de projet !
Kantree permet de booster son efficacité et sa productivité et ainsi gagner du temps.
PROS- Kantree est personnalisable il est possible de donner des rôle aux membres de son équipe et cela permet de pousser les fonctionnalités de l'outil c'est pour moi un des points forts.- Le sav est réactif et à l'écoute de ses clients.
CONS- Les fonctionnalités de Kantree peuvent être réduites par rapport a d'autres logiciel de gestion de projets du marché
