The arrows to join sections of a flow together are really intuitive to create and to move. Charts are very easy to share, and very easy to collaborate on. #### Cons The product is a little bit expensive, given that draw.io has a free version. It is also tricky to export the graphs from this and use them in other projects. #### Reasons for switching to Lucidchart draw.io is much cheaper in comparison. I appreciate all the easy to use templates, and especially the SFDC ERD import. #### Cons I don't love the auto-included conditional rules that come in on the templates. I also don't love certain aspects of the ERD importer for SFDC. There should be more flexibility with what we do or don't include on the imported ERD. It comes with a good shape library many common (and some uncommon) platforms, and templates. #### Cons Exporting a chart as a PNG or SVG won't embed the editable chart into it, so you can't commit a chart file into your git repository, and then edit it later. Dragging the edges of object, or getting the arrows to connect properly, can also be tricky.
