Pros
- I should note we are only using proxies in the cloud at the moment. Very happy with LucidLink.
- I was in the market for a NAS b/c I wanted a way to send footage easily and fast to my editor in the philippines. But I didn't want to spend more money on hardware.
Cons
- For starters, it's difficult to understand how to make the most of LucidLink. It seems that you can use many different file spaces simultaneously, but in practice it has not worked.
- Because the LL teams is small, some quality of life featture are still missing and will probably take a while to implement.
Pros
- It an excellent software for our architectural firm and we so far we have received a great service. We use bqe for timekeeping and billing.
- It makes my report process much cleaner and quicker. The customer service is great and whenever we need any assistance to resolve a issue i am having they come straight to my aide.
Cons
- I have been using it only for a limited time, however some of the things that I dislike are its limitations. It's lack of flexibility could cause some minor hiccups in the process.
- Digital signatures on timesheets. Report specifically by client showing their average days to pay - Using the collections report is too tedious - this should be a canned report.
