Actually creating processes takes some time, but mainly because of how much automation can be built into the system. The pricing is very straightforward and very fair for the features provided.

Metatask is quite comprehensive project management platform with its highly customizable project management templates which we could configurate according to our own project management requirements.

The minimalism of the UI makes it so much nicer to look at. Ease of access and use is also pretty awesome.

Consistency is directly tied to efficiency and  Metatask helps me provide the same information to my team every time so they can set up clients successfully every time.

Metatask has been a win for the 20% of the operational/process-related work our cross-functional team addresses.

I also like the ability to add different kinds of forms to each step in the process. As a plus, it supports Zapier integration too.

After reviewing over 20 tools, if found that most of them had user experience problems, they were just too hard to figure out and would require to train our users.

It's obvious that this product is still being developed, so don't expect a lot of whistles and bells and be aware that some features are currently missing. But a lot of them are on the 2017 roadmap.

Metatask is great, easy to use, it helps a lot with internal processes and can be 100% customized.

I hope that they are successful with Metatask and when they decide to charge for it, I hope that it will be reasonably priced.

When I run into obstacles or have a question, customer service has been awesome in getting answers. They even made me a video to visually explain an answer.

Zapier integration is incredible to make action on other software, but it is limited the option with Metatask.

The ability to group steps, implement approvals, configure conditional steps, set up user roles is all very useful and straightforward to implement.

Terminology and how its used is a bit of a learning curve. No app for mobile device.

This may not be an exact fit for your needs, but it is easily worth the time to go through a trial and figure that out. For us it was near perfect.

Awesome features on the free version, with a very nice looking interface and allowing for collaboration with others.

It's very easy to use and self-explanatory. It has great functionalities, including the ability to share tasks with others and the folders.

It is the standard by which I measure all to-do apps, it has a bunch of useful features, a nice UI, and a lot of integration with other apps.

I loved the simplicity of the app on my phone - Easy to track, make to dos, remind myself, etc. It was my favourite app.

I love how it integrates with Slack, Dropbox, and other apps. It also has the option of sharing a list with multiple people, excellent for grocery shopping.

In the universe of to do lists, this is the best one I've found. It is good, indeed, although I wonder if it could not be better.

Wunderlist is super easy to use and has great customizations. I like that it opens to the list page rather than a specific list.

I like this app because I am able to share this list with my superior and we can communicate through the app which I find really great.

Since one can make folders in it, it helps to sort things out in a better way. The support team is very helpful in solving any issues.

I like that it is easy to use, so both my wife and I can use it effectively. I also like that you can have private lists as well as shared lists.

Overall Wunderlist has been a lifesaver for us and has saved us time, headaches, and paper.

Wunderlist is a wonderful free task-managing application that will help you keep on track with your daily to-dos.

It was hard to apply, at first I would not use it that much and miss many deadlines.

In total it is a really solid program with a great community to support it.

Plain and easy! maybe the best simple to-do you can get, cross-platform, graphically pleasant... a joy to use.

Also, the product seems to be developed by European because the way it organized dates was that of European and this was always  little confusing.

Simplicity is the greatest advantage of it to be honest, because it does exactly what you would expect it to do. You can integrate your tasks with calendar in Outlook to become even better organized.

Wunderlist has been very helpful and I enjoy using it. I recommend it to anyone who likes to keep  lists.
