Excellent Task Management for Small Biz / Non-Profit / Committees
Pagico has been an excellent asset for our business. It is very affordable and streamlines our project and call management. We rely very heavily on it.
PROSPagico packs a powerful punch for breaking down projects into discrete tasks, assigning those tasks to specific people and staying on track of what is/isn't done. We really like the ability to create and re-use templates, "tag" and color-code projects and categories. This single software /app carries the heaviest load in our practice making sure we service our clients well. For a modest amount of set up (for example you'll want to initially think through your projects and set up templates for specific types of projects, tasks for different types of projects, categories based on how you track, etc.) what you get is a very powerful workhorse for managing a micro / small business, committee, non-profit, etc. with a small team.
CONSThis is not an all-in-one app - if you need to invoice, for example, or collect payment, you'll need additional software. It doesn't automatically log our client calls (although we can configure with a "zap" to log certain call events as tasks), email integration didn't work well when we tried it. That said, it never bills itself as a comprehensive bundle and it does everything we ask it to do. While Pagico has Zap integrations we find our different systems (e.g., billing) require some double entry. It would be excellent if "zaps" were tied to all types of things you do in Pagico so that we could eliminate some double entry in our other systems but we haven't heavily explored that.
Reason for choosing Pagico
Pagico was head and shoulders above simple to-do list software (we looked at so many it is not possible to recall the names of each). It's simple, affordable pricing structure was especially attractive as compared to more expensive monthly subscription based database software.

The old method of phone notes, to do lists and calendar app just didn't cut it for managing things as our business volume increased.

Fast information management
Generally it is an excellent concept, but there are some details to be improved in user experience.

Pagico develops into an office toolbox of sorts
Love it. I think it has great potential, and it has already started to come along towards that potential in the time I have been around. The sad part is that each great update sometimes occurs outside of the paid upgrade cycle, but that is par for the course I guess, and although we work with education and this requires a license for each computer, it is a great option and backup to existing options. Would love to see more focus on development speed, but I respect the effort that has gotten this far. It is impressive.
PROSPagico is a powerful and versatile productivity tool that can help users manage tasks for projects, and contacts in a single, intuitive interface. Although the first versions of it were rather complex and lack-luster, the intent was always good, and sticking around was certainly worth the time, since now it offers a range of features such as task management, project planning, note-taking, and contact management designed to be flexible and customizable to suit a variety of workflows for a variety of types of companies.
CONSWould love to see it better connect for workflows utilizing ticktick, obsidian, mem.ai, napkin, and project managers like trello and craft. With such isolation, and not a very clear workflow, things can become confusing unless you use similar products, and so as it is a great entry level option with superior pro possibility, it would be great to help showcase that. Also the templates (now new) are very lacking, and it is one of those things that I think can build quickly for people, and would make it so much easier to implement. Whether its for students, or social groups, or nonprofits, or even small business, I think integrating these things can help develop a bigger and better following.

Its ease of lifetime, its basic functions were useful, and its organizer was active and involved to respond to questions. I loved it and I encouraged our team to jump, and that is when it was still basic and rather dull. Now it is beyond basic, and if dull, only because I am so busy I cannot explore all of the opportunities (hence part of my greedy review above hoping for some workflow templates and ideas).

It offered a lifetime service that was not complicated to purchase and get in hand and not hard to install. That's good when working with staff from all over the world.

A "Must Have" pice of software for running my busy business
A Fast reliable and easy-to-use piece of software which I would have no hesitation in recommending to anyone who wants organisation in life!
PROSThe fact that I can gather everything together in one place is brilliant, invoices, booking, work schedule for my agents etc in one really easy-to-use programme make it a total "No brainer" with the regular updates it just keeps getting better and better!
CONSAt first, it was a bit of a learning curve to get my head around, but it very quickly became second nature to use.

Pagico: Tasks and Projects in a beautiful environment coupled with caring support.
Pagico is a great place to enter tasks in a aesthetically pleasing app environment. The ability to take those tasks, create projects out of them and categorize them is wonderful. Then being able to switch between timeline / list / calendar is wonderful. Since I am such a visual person, I believe the ability to have tasks in a Kanban view would pull me to use it even more. Kanban being there in Project view is helpful, but tasks would be that extra step of goodness! While it's a small thing, they have nice circular visuals to see completed vs incomplete tasks, but my mind seems to work best with a battery view of my progress. Overall, when you add amazing support to all this, that's what makes the product even better than just the product itself. You feel that they truly care and that is gold in my opinion.
PROS• I love the design of the interface. I love the attention to detail in the care of the aesthetic of the app.• I love the TODAY page. It is brilliant to arrive at it because of that visual beauty• I love the ability to add a quote when Pagico boots up• I love the SUPPORT. Hands down, the support is exceptional and the responses are always helpful, polite, encouraging and appreciate.• I loved when I found out Pagico was created by just 2 people. So many other online apps I've tried are run by large corporations and getting help is first going through through a series of "canned" responses from support and that makes me feel a lack of caring• I love the webinars they have that allow me to see ways to use Pagico that I might not have implemented or known about.
CONSI would really like to see the Kanban board implemented at the task level. Immediate visual understanding of my tasks is big part of my decision to choose a product. If I can't see it immediately I won't have a desire to frequently return to the product.I know it may be ideally another apps responsibility but I would love for a habit tracker to be implemented into the program. I know Pagico it more task/project related but since I manage life in it having a visual habit tracker in it would be awesome.I haven't used the iphone app in a bit, but years ago but was having syncing issued. This may have been resolved now.

• DESIGN: Pagico offers a beautiful design style interface.• FAST CAPTURE: Inputting tasks into the inbox to capture is key.• VISUALS: The ability to switch between timeline (gannt) / list (tasks/project) / calendar view (weekly/monthly) is key• PROJECTS/CATEGORIES: Ability to categorize my projects into Roles was so important.• OFFLINE MODE: It allowed me to exist fully offline but gives me the option to sync to my phone if I desire to do so again. • SUPPORT: The support above all is so key to me loving Pagico. The 2 people who make the product are the people who answer your support questions. Therefore they don't have that huge corporation feel at all. You honestly feel the care and gratitude in their support communications. They are always open to suggestions and you get to see the implementation of features based on user feedback.• THEY LISTEN: They listen and are humble.

Taskworld: The support was frustrating. While they had people respond quickly I felt more like just another number to them. Their responses felt more cut and paste and that turned me away from the company.Goalscape: While goalscape is beautifully visual with its circular method of displaying goals and tasks, I was desiring a standalone gannt integration. They offered it only in an enterprise solution and looking recently I'm not sure if the feature is there anymore. The circle is great for an immediate visual of progress but it only let me convert items to a task list to print out. A task list that could moved to gantt chart easily in the offline program would have been awesome and it wasn't desirable to get into a subscription model again. Thus enter Pagico.Clickup: i love that Clickup implements so many ways to view your goals but when I was leaning towards just doing everything offline, Clickup is all online with no offline option.

Easy, graphical and clever way to manage my tasks and to-dos

PROSVery customizable, graphically appealing AND helpful to organize and make sense of your tasks, projects, lists etc. Can link to documents, time line view integrated. Can link to email to convert emails to tasks. Cloud integration so everything is in sync on multiple computers and mobile devices. Frequent free updates to improve the software and/or fix bugs.
CONSnone major. the only issue is: there are so many features it takes a bit of a learning curve to make sense and organize the way you want it

Pagico, a Game Changer
I use it to track all my IT service clients. Bookings, reminders, contact details billing details and it serves its purpose really well. I use the iPad and iPhone apps as well, and I feel that they are very responsive and managed to handle a mobile version of the system very powerfully. Of course you're not able to do everything on the mobile apps that you are available to do on the disk labs so quite often I use the mobile apps just to make notes on which I then transfer when I get to the desktop device to the correct categories and the different projects.
PROSEase of use, smoothness, no real learning curve and the ability to suit so many different needs.
CONSThe fact that every now and then the formatting goes a little awry in notes, but apart from that there is nothing to fault in this. I have been using it since Pagico 2 and it has never let me down.

Better value for money good recommendations good write-ups and to be honest a really solid product that has been around for many years and has developed itself over the years into a fine outstanding project management application.

Caters exactly to my needs as a self employed business owner
I enjoy working with Pagico and it helps me plan and execute my projects efficiently.
PROSPagico has a great Gantt/Timeline view and the calendar integration of iCal works great on the Mac. Projects and tasks are easy to manage and edit. The team behind Pagico is very dedicated and has an outstanding customer support.
CONSSome features are a bit difficult to discover but the help pages and video tutorials are a great resource.

Pagico is the manager that every startup and micro business owner needs
I love Pagico and would like to start recording YouTube tutorials to help onboard others into the software as I think it is really good and one of the last fair-price pieces of software available. It also doesn't mine your data like Zoho or Hubspot.

CONSI would really love to just copy an email or send it directly to Pagico as a task. The feature that is there now is unreliable. I've put the Pagico email in but it sometimes takes ages to get to my Pagico if at all! I would love to see this feature developed as I could sift quickly through my emails and send them to my projects!

My experience with Pagico has been a good experience. I like the product and would recommend it to smaller businesses like my self.
PROSI like the features and ease of use. This is also a cost effective product for a one person business. I also like that it goes across many platforms, making it easy to use and get my data on the go.
CONSDocumentation in a pdf would be nice to have. Thus if the documentation was not only web based but pdf, could have when the Internet is not available. I would like to learn more about using other features of Pagico.

Robust and Good at What It Does
I’m constantly evaluating new products to help improve my workflow and while I’m newer to Pagico (started with 8) it’s been a godsend at this point in my career for bringing together multiple programs into one.
CONSOccasionally things like assigning dates and date ranges are clunky and it would be nice for batch changes to large stacks of tasks to function but it’s overall a small annoyance for something so well developed.

I need visual data on project tracking as much as I need the todo functionality - Pagico blends both nicely so I don’t have to duplicate efforts in two programs.

Constantly evolving
Pagico is a planning hub for the other applications I use, so interlinking and integration is an advantage.
PROSIts simplicity most of all. I have seen it develop through the years and have given input which has been taken into consideration for adapting to our needs.
CONSiOS Pagico app is not sufficiently developed to match functionality with MacOS. It needs to be updated in order to use the mobile device version in a more agile way.

Feature rich
There are lots of features here, that I am still learning. I can make simple lists of priorities, schedules of entire project timelines or anything in between. I can schedule recurring tasks as reminders
CONSMobile apps are still very messy and confusing! Mac app is good. Notifications are too easy to miss so reminders are not always reliable.

Great project manager
Managing my tasks and projects so that things get done efficiently and productively.
PROSI really like the adaptability of it, the functionality, it looks great, handles repeating tasks superbly and you can build templates for repetitive projects so easily.Support for any problems is fantastic. The [SENSITIVE CONTENT] even emailed me on a Sunday afternoon to help sort something out!
CONSNot really a complaint because it's more about how rich an experience it is, but it can take a little while to learn how to get the most out of it. Not that long though.

The perfect task management software
Since I use Pagico I have control over my tasks and feel comfy as I know I have everything in my lists in order to not forget any task.
PROSAt first I liked the every day task schedule. Then I started using Projects and discovered a very good way to collect my customers / assignments in one place.
CONSI would like to have the option to personalize the task colors more.

Best task/project tool available!
Great functionality coupled with great visual organization - and yo have a winner
CONSMaybe I missed it but it would be great to access your tasks and projects via any web browser. As of now I cannot access through the restricted PC i have to use at work so cannot access Pagico from this PC!

Great software for staying on task and managing multiple users and projects.
Excellent experience with this product. I would recommend it without hesitation.
PROSPagico is easy to use and get up and running on quickly. The ability to manage multiple projects and tasks that involve multiple teams and departments made Pagico the perfect fit for our organization.
CONSI have yet to find anything that Pagico can't do to meet our needs.

Very very high value for money!

Pagico is the perfect fit for me
It's just a good task manager without being overly complicated - or overly simple.
PROSI like the UI. It's easy to navigate and pleasing to the eye. I love having notes about the project or task as part of the experience. Pagico brings in notes and tasks and projects together really well.
CONSAt times there are minor features that I'm missing, but the developer is extremely responsive. You can tell he cares about the user's experience and wants to please his customers. I like Pagico even more because of the personal care of the developer. If there is a missing feature, I know he's working on it. Upgrades are frequent, also.

The interface is easy to use. Everything is good about this software but somehow I am not hooked on it. The old-fashioned calendar management still works for me. Great effort from the team.

Great tool to organize everything
I organize all task, private also as business. I keep thoughts and know how in one place!
PROSI like the clean UI and the possibility to collect all kind of information next to the tasks. Also the possibility to work offline combined with the syncing of all my devices.
CONSNothing so far, only small things. The Overview could do better and reminder of tasks could be more "loud".

Looks great but does it work.
the jury is still out and I’m waiting for a response/solution. I’m eager to get this going on both my Mac and iOS as it could solve some big issues.
PROSI’ve used Pagico for years but sporadically, Unfortunately it doesn’t allow much control over your own info so I haven’t been able to update my email address. So when I upgraded it I used my new email and the upgrade didn’t go through for my address.
