  • Pros

  • User friendliness and ability to pinpoint projects easily and time associated with each. I also like being able to transition ownership based on the stage of the project.
  • That it is really user friendly; never heard of Ravetree until I began working at The Bookkeeper. Wonderful tool to track and prioritize tasks.
  • The comment section of RT is where I spend most of my time. I love the ability to comment and tag people directly in a conversation.
  • Cons

  • I have trouble finding tasks that I have marked complete. If i don't know the specific name it's hard to find them.
  • The lack of stability and the appalling support.
  • It's a mystery why that aspect of PM is so neglected by many other apps.

  • I'm processing around 50 invoices on a monthly basis and it's a great tool. Also I managed to connect it to my cashflow software which is a super helpful with my forecasting duty.
  • I like it a lot for my company : easy, powerful and really useful, it's must have.
  • We're very satisfied by the service and customer care from Sellsy.
  • Cons

  • Even worse is there is no way to turn this off. What business owner or manager wants his or her employees pushing sellsy as a product to their customers when they should be doing their job.
  • Infact I personally consider their use of the word synchronisation in google to be misleading. They should just call it basic integration because in reality it is nothing more than that.
  • MOBILE APP: Does not work in offline mode. No way to view emails linked to an item in sellsy.
