That it is really user friendly; never heard of Ravetree until I began working at The Bookkeeper. Wonderful tool to track and prioritize tasks.

The interface is very rich and intuitive, offers a clear and precise overview of the different results obtained. A free trial version is also available to enhance the user experience.

Ravetree feels like the perfect blend of being universal enough for the masses and customized for the individual peculiarities of a mid-market full-service advertising agency of 35 people (i.e. us).

At the time of this review, there was no public API, which for us is a deal-breaker.

Responsiveness of support team & customization. I love logging time to my timesheet directly from the kanban board.

In addition, Customer rep has consistently delivered the human element of a technology/subscription delivery and made it feel like we were a priority at each at every turn.

What Ravetree has going for it is management of the project along with progress against budget.

The lack of stability and the appalling support.

Ease of use and ability to ramp other team members easily.

User friendliness and ability to pinpoint projects easily and time associated with each. I also like being able to transition ownership based on the stage of the project.

It also has a pretty intuitive user experience. The kanban board is a useful feature and I like being able to see how many billable and non-billable hours I'm logging each day.

My overall experience with Ravetree is that What I could say is that the software is highly recommended, it has so many useful features for businesses.

Sometimes, getting alerts can be difficult. If you miss an email, you may miss an update or a tag in Ravetree.

It's a mystery why that aspect of PM is so neglected by many other apps.

The comment section of RT is where I spend most of my time. I love the ability to comment and tag people directly in a conversation.

I have trouble finding tasks that I have marked complete. If i don't know the specific name it's hard to find them.

The ability to upload file versions within the same upload and select which version you'd like to view. This keeps project files/uploads organized and helps us to easier find and look at versions.

I think the price is very expensive. I pay less for my teamwork license than for timebro.

What I love about timeBro is that it automatically tracks what I'm doing and shows the titles of the docs I'm reading or writing so I can easily categorise which client to bill.

It simplifies time tracking, boosts my productivity, and the top-notch customer support is the cherry on top.

Can occasionally just stop tracking (restart of the machine starts it again, but can be tricky if you are relying on it and dont spot it for a day).

My only complaint is I once stopped the software from tracking by mistake. Perhaps you can add a pop up stating are you sure you want to turn time tracking off.

I miss a shortcut on the Mac to be able to call up time tracking.

Telephone calls and the missing features for smartphone use.

The monthly cost is now more than covered by lost time we can now charge for.

My overall experience has been excellent. Customer service is particularly impressive: highly responsive and extremely helpful.

The Timesheet is very easy to use for reporting and billing to clients.

I have had some weird issues with my  computer restarting or closing a Zoom or Teams meeting. I don't know why and it may not be related to Timebro at all.

Timebro is flexible and user friendly which is ideal for time tracking. This has saved me time and increased efficiency.

It's easy to use, inexpensive, and an invaluable investment. I've tried different manual methods to track my billable hours and my inconsistency cost me money.

I also use the Moco integration, which is how I found you. All in all, chapeau and many thanks for this beautiful piece of software, which I use daily with enthusiasm and recommend with pleasure.

No other tool worked as well with automatic tracking as TimeBro. I pay for it myself and it is well worth the investment.

I _did_ occasionally have to resync with my Zoho Books account for whatever reason, but it's not difficult or time consuming, and there was no information lost along the way.

Great time tracker software for a legal practice.

We found that it had become challenging for some people within our agency to log their time due to the variety and complexity of their work.

Simple UI makes it quick and painless to track and allocate hours to projects.

The only thing that can be difficult is syncing projects/tasks with teamwork, though I'm not 100% sure if the problem is with teamwork or timeBro.

The automatic time-tracking is the best feature from my perspective.

It's awesome that it just runs in the background - I don't have to remember to start it or mark that I started a new project or anything. I can add it all in when I have the time.

Easy to use - does what it promises - some features don't work as good as i wish.

It's great to be able to look back and see what I've done throughout the day. I work across many clients and many projects with many tasks.
