For the most part though, once it's set up there is very little maintenance in this regard. Additionally, this becomes less of a barrier as they continue to roll out POS integration.

You can only use the metrics provided in the drop down. Sometimes they are strange units for what you are measuring.

This product is invaluable in making our restaurant profitable. Not only the software, but the support that goes with it.

I love being able to use the automatic pars feature for ordering. The ease and accuracy of the calculations and ability to control spending and inventory levels.

Inventory does not pull from the POS daily, so it's not as easy to track if something is wrong or missing. Our old software integrated with our POS making daily tracking easy and precise.

Super easy to navigate - great functionality- keeping up with financials (invoices- usage reports) inventory is a breeze on this system. Love how we can make schedules for our team as well.

Striven has a variety of REST APIs that make integrating with other software and/or processes relatively easy.

It keeps all of our projects and jobs totally organized and it gives us a snapshot of profitability of each job. The other think is the ease of use.

How wonderful that you say, it would be great if this could happen and within a month or two the change has been made. The customer service is also second to none.

Offering the ability to customize everything from sale order documents to emails. Allowing customizations in the processing of sales orders, invoices, and items.

Very little on this system I don't like. One minor thing that was an issue is the fact that item lines on sales orders could not be moved around.

She patiently worked with me to investigate and  come up with a solution for me. The people at Striven are the best part.

Unlike Quickbooks, Striven has a great customer service support team to help with your setup and any future needs. We do have some additional customizations that we would like to see in Striven.
