I like how easy it is for employees to clock in and out.

I love that I can log in remotely and see everyone's hours without having to harass my husband for a manual timecard that I don't have confidence in. It has been a great solution for our business.

From installation to implementation, TimeFlow has been absolutely amazing and painless. Customer Service was very responsive and helpful when we ran into a bump during installation.

Sometimes the employees think they are clocking in when they are clocking out, and vice versa. We've had a few mistakes in this area.

For the second time in a year the fingerprint scanner is not working yet I am being charged for it.

This was great for a small business. It was easy for me to manage and even easier for my employees to use.

I am sure it is user error, and something I need to learn. But, it would be helpful if it wouldn't let me set something up wrong in the first place.

No integration with iCal, although they tell me its on the way. As someone who runs his calendar on the Mac ecosystem this is an issues for me.

It was sometimes difficult to find the tasks that I needed to find. I added a task and then had trouble finding that task in TimeHero.

It has an intuitive structure and a beautiful interface that motivates you to get into it and start ticking 'complete.
