  • Pros

  • I like how easy it is for employees to clock in and out.
  • This was great for a small business. It was easy for me to manage and even easier for my employees to use.
  • Cons

  • Sometimes the employees think they are clocking in when they are clocking out, and vice versa. We've had a few mistakes in this area.
  • For the second time in a year the fingerprint scanner is not working yet I am being charged for it.

  • It's price and ease of use for both staff and the admin.
  • Love being able to not only track PTO hours for each associate but also tardies and absences.
  • Cons

  • We did have issues with requests going to spam that was never able to resolve, even though we whitelisted the IP address several times.
  • Only way to find out there is a problem is by encountering a Lock Out at login. Warning would allow a fix before the employee tries multiple times unsuccessfully to log on.
