The standout for me is the keyboard-driven quick-capture shortcut on Mac: I can fire up a capture window instantly without breaking focus, which is huge for staying in flow. Setup was very easy, integrations and connections were simple to get running, and on the Pro plan the value is well worth it for how much mental overhead it removes. #### Cons Honestly there's very little I dislike. My main wish is for richer, note-style capture inside each task. Today a task has a description field, but I'd love a proper notes area on each item to go deeper — attaching files, links, and longer-form context rather than leaning on the description or comments.
