"The recurring tasks feature is excellent — the things I need to do daily for clients show up automatically, so I always know exactly what's on my plate and trust that it all lives in one place."

"Todoist is helpful to me because I track projects, use reminders (for the much-needed automation that Notes and a notebook don't provide), and interact with the app throughout the day."

"Users like Todoist's secure project features and cost-effectiveness as excellent, which makes it easy to manage teamwork, monitor team tasks, and allocate policy deadlines for brokerage purposes."

"The newer voice/"ramble" capture is promising but doesn't always behave as expected; when I dictate a task with a long description, it sometimes splits the text into several separate tasks instead of keeping it as one task with a description."

"Some useful features are limited to the premium version, and it’s not ideal for managing complex team projects."
