"The recurring tasks feature is excellent — the things I need to do daily for clients show up automatically, so I always know exactly what's on my plate and trust that it all lives in one place."

"Its clean, intuitive interface and the ability to easily organize, prioritize, and track tasks across multiple projects."

"Todoist is helpful to me because I track projects, use reminders (for the much-needed automation that Notes and a notebook don't provide), and interact with the app throughout the day."

"The application's business model proves frustrating because several crucial features for professional use, such as automatic reminders based on time or location and adding file attachments to tasks, are locked behind the paid version."

"The newer voice/"ramble" capture is promising but doesn't always behave as expected; when I dictate a task with a long description, it sometimes splits the text into several separate tasks instead of keeping it as one task with a description."
