"Unfortunately, my experience with EnsoAI has been extremely disappointing. Despite submitting an official cancellation request well in advance, the company continued to charge my account, citing a 60-day notice policy buried in the contract. While this may be “legally” valid, it clearly reflects a lack of customer focus and disregard for users’ actual intentions and communications."
