Ray Connects the BDD community!

Ray connects the community on so many different levels (through the feed feature on a fun and personal level) and through insights on a professional level. It makes all of our services and shared spaces accessible to anyone at any time and helps us promote and sell addtional services. Our favorite feature is the book space feature that helps the community easily book meeting rooms and shared spaces along with the report an issue feature that ensures we offer the best quality service to all of our tenan and manage requests internally!

PROS

The feed feature along with the report and issue feature and the book space as well. It is easy to use both for our users and our teams internally!

CONS

We have too many intergrated softwares into the app, wish Ray could add features that would replace them!

Reason for choosing RAY

Ray's CMS is easy to use and it has all the features we need to ensure the best experience for our large community!

Evaluating the collaboration between AUB and RAY

My overall experience with ray is excellent. The employees are good listeners, open to comments, and problem fixers. And the application is very user friendly, with a good display. I am happy with the collaboration between RAY and AUB.

PROS

What I like most about RAY is that it is very user friendly. The display, the way the application works and the way it integrates with the user helps the user to understand its use better. In addition to that, the communication between AUB and the employee at RAY is very good. The employee is always there to listen, and fix all the comments directly. This is making the work much easier on me. Not to forget that, the employees I contact and communicate with are very open to all my comments, I directly find my comments solved.

CONS

The only problem I am facing is related mainly to our community at AUB and not to RAY directly, is that I am unable to attract a high number of users. That's a problem I want to solve and find a way to attract more users from the AUB community to use the application.

It is a very pleasant and productive collaboration

It offered a full mobile app solution to our tenants and staff, with lots of useful features to help automate and organize our operations in a modern way. The solution was integrated in real-time with our engine and the orchestration was state of the art. The modularity and dynamism of Ray solution expanded our vision and it is definitely a high added value to our offering

Have been using Ray app as part of my offerings at Vives Compound, and it is very user friendly and the support team keeps improving the app and add useful features.

Very useful product at a reasonable cost

In a constantly evolving property management market, having our own app at a reasonable cost, where our management team can interact with all our tenants while providing access to all information related to their lease is what we liked most about RAY.

Visitor Management,facility Booking and Report Issue. It is easy to use and very helpful for daily management of facilities.

CONS

From the end user side, in the facility booking section the unit number is missing. Also needs to be added easy printing option for CMS user for the booking section. (To get the report of weekly or monthly bookings).

We were able to completely customize Ray to our needs at Cohort. Not only were we able to integrate Ray with our own software stack, we also were able to add new functionality to the platform with Rays assistance.

CONS

Not many to be honest. I would like to see for features roll out but that will come with scale and has been increasing recently.

The ability to provide our hotel guests and other community members optionality and flexibility in how they use our product as a hotel brand. The Ray platform is a big part of our customer journey.

CONS

Lack of availability to have multiple-sites under one brand name. From my understanding, they are currently working on this feature.
