Pros/Cons

  • Pros

  • I like the price and the features that come with it. Especially the integration with Webroot!

  • The remote connection is solid and painless and the cost is outstanding. The organization of clients is great as well. Oh, did I mention that the cost is outstanding? :)

  • Cons

  • There were a few missing features but nothing we couldn't handle in another manner.

  • It is so easy to use that I have a hard time finding the cons. There are some features that I don't use at all, such as the knowledgebase.

  • Pros

  • The product has a lot of features that made the implementation in the first year wonderful. The support staff was great and easy to access. Ease of use, reporting, billing features

  • I liked how user friendly the software was. It was easy to store and save data as well as track workflows.

  • Cons

  • The only down side is that sometimes the integrations need to pushed manually. This applies to demand force and the Office tools portal.

  • Technical support is most times hard to reach which can be a bit frustrating but that's the only issue I've had so far.
