Pros/Cons

  • Pros

  • Love using this product. It is user friendly and the interface is easy to use. The customer service is fast and helpful.

  • I love the fact that everything is in one place. It is easy to put time in and it is easy to push it through to billing.

  • Cons

  • hard to understand how the budget tracking works - but, with help from customer support - all began to make sense

  • Organizing the reports can seem a little daunting as there are so many options for customization. However, once you can outline your goals and play around a bit, it's very doable.

  • Pros

  • Great for resource / workload balancing Great reporting tools Easy and intuitive to use Fantastic customer service

  • It's easy to time track and keep a log of all current and past jobs. It was easy to get trained on and implement in my daily process

  • Cons

  • Has some limits on users and access, some limited catagories

  • Sometimes attachments don't show up and our clients have to reattach them to the project, but other than that I can't think of any cons at the moment.
