That it is really user friendly; never heard of Ravetree until I began working at The Bookkeeper. Wonderful tool to track and prioritize tasks.

All employees can access up to date content in one simple place. Good visual representation of information.

The interface is very rich and intuitive, offers a clear and precise overview of the different results obtained. A free trial version is also available to enhance the user experience.

Ravetree feels like the perfect blend of being universal enough for the masses and customized for the individual peculiarities of a mid-market full-service advertising agency of 35 people (i.e. us).

At the time of this review, there was no public API, which for us is a deal-breaker.

Responsiveness of support team & customization. I love logging time to my timesheet directly from the kanban board.

In addition, Customer rep has consistently delivered the human element of a technology/subscription delivery and made it feel like we were a priority at each at every turn.

What Ravetree has going for it is management of the project along with progress against budget.

The lack of stability and the appalling support.

Ease of use and ability to ramp other team members easily.

User friendliness and ability to pinpoint projects easily and time associated with each. I also like being able to transition ownership based on the stage of the project.

It also has a pretty intuitive user experience. The kanban board is a useful feature and I like being able to see how many billable and non-billable hours I'm logging each day.

My overall experience with Ravetree is that What I could say is that the software is highly recommended, it has so many useful features for businesses.

Sometimes, getting alerts can be difficult. If you miss an email, you may miss an update or a tag in Ravetree.

It's a mystery why that aspect of PM is so neglected by many other apps.

The comment section of RT is where I spend most of my time. I love the ability to comment and tag people directly in a conversation.

I have trouble finding tasks that I have marked complete. If i don't know the specific name it's hard to find them.

The ability to upload file versions within the same upload and select which version you'd like to view. This keeps project files/uploads organized and helps us to easier find and look at versions.

The ability to itemize expenses provide great tracking of my Travel budget.

Our end users are very happy with it, as well as our finance/audit team. We are also very satisfied with the customer support we have received from the Suti support team.

Hate the fact that it doesn't remember my places and where I live so, I need to enter everything manually.

I have worked for multiple companies with different expense software and this is one of the easiest and best expense reporting out there.

Mobile receipt images and easy integration into expense report.

The only problem I have run into was when I needed to take a pic of a receipt on SutiExpense App from my Android device and I was unable to do it.

Very positive, I would recommend it since it makes me save time.

Strong support from the vendor, a dedicated support person who understood our business. This has lead to us processing expense payments in a quicker and more accurate manner.

It’s easy to learn and use. I like how it’s formatted and easy on the eye.

The redundancies may be the implementation on our end, because the features you want are all there, but the awful iOS experience is 100% on your end.

SutiExpense is generally pretty user friendly.

It is a necessary evil that is far superior to submitting expenses via email or more traditional means.

IPhone App is very unstable and shuts down often. Online usage gets annoying with many glitches leading to needing to repeat multiple times.

I can attach multiple documents on one expense entry  Very easy to identify the stage the expense is in as far as submitted and paid. The best part is I can do all of this from my smart phone.

The technical support for SutiExpense is excellent. I definitely recommend SutiExpense to anyone searching for an expense reporting application backed by excellent service.

Fast and easy to upload receipts. Quick ability to turn in expense reports.

The ease of Implementation both from a user perspective and also the technical integration into Great Plains. Working with SutiExpense, we were able to get the product up and running in no time.

The 'app' version is surprisingly easy to use and friendly. I use this generally for creating new reports and submitting manual receipts for re-imbursement.

Entering lodging info was also a bit awkward -- instead of check in and check out dates, it required check in and then number of days.

The only thing I dislike is that sometimes the app does not function and loses all my data.
