  • Also, I appreciate that newsrooms are available so that our clients' latest and past releases can all be easily found and shared with the appropriate journalist, also through Prezly.
  • It's quick, it's updated regurlarly, the help desk is swift and friendly if ever you need them.
  • Cons

  • Otherwise spamming hundreds of contacts is simply unethical and doesn't work as a tactic anyway.
  • No built-in monitoring of results, no reporting tools to use and share with clients, no statistics on submitted coverage.

  • My favorite thing about this platform is the customer service. In their contract they state they have a 24 hour turnaround, however if you reach out the staff will turnaround a release immediately.
  • The ability to easily select specific industries, and the ease of use in scheduling the releases. The user interface is easy to navigate.
  • Cons

  • The new stripe app to pay, we had trouble with it on our last release.
  • The only downside to 24/7 is that it doesn't let you pick the time of day to post.
