  • Pros

  • What I loved about SendPulse in email marketing is that it has a free tier for up to 2500 subscribers, so you get to try it for free. The other main advantage is the automation features.
  • The main and most important thing is that its easy to use highly effective. Mobile access best customer service.
  • Cons

  • You need to take filters very seriously. If I configure mailing in SendPulse incorrectly, most messages will be sent to spam.
  • She said they would not respond to the scammer, even though they have their email. I fault the company for having no protocol for fraud.

  • The winning feature of WebEngage is easily the ability to create and monitor automated journeys for your user segments. A very capable product for improving your cohorts.
  • Ability to put across anything on website or run campaigns without dependencies on tech team. Also, the account managers are really helpful and provide all the implementation help.
  • Cons

  • I don't see any ROI in this, it's too costly compared to features it provides. If you have decent tech team, you can custom build most of the features directly.
  • The pricing model discourages experimentation and creates road-blocks in terms of on-boarding.
