So far it gets the job done. I feel pretty neutral about it, but if I’m being brutally honest I miss Appfiles terribly.

The ruble nuances were trial & error. I found the tutorials somewhat confusing, but that could just be me and my need to get through it quickly.

I love how Brokermint integrates easily with other software like Chime Solutions. It is extremely easy to use.

This program is so easy to use, and keeps all my transactions in one place. The reminders are amazing, and keep me up to date on what is due and when.

Great organization tool, sleek design, user friendly, completely paperless, easy to pull reports, integrates with MLS and Google.

I dislike the way you create a new transaction and it's too easy to make errors but errors require the broker to address and fix them.

Best Features for the Price, Great Customer Service.

It does a lot on its own, it is intuitive, love the side viewing of documents, love that it tells you how many pages are in a doc.

It is easy and can be used from anywhere there is internet access. It's great for agents and great for compliance.

M very happy with dotloop  overall. I wish it were a little more user friendly for cellphones but other than that it works great.

Dotloop has been the best transactional desk software that I have used in my real estate career. The integrations between sales documents, e-signings, company files, and contacts is top notch.

Overall its a great tool to use, it has help me keep my work organized and found a good flow of tasks.

I like the cost - so much cheaper than the software we were using.

You can adjust the specific order of your documents so that the most important ones are at the very top. Clients find it easy to use, they can electronically sign documents right from their phone.

My only complaint is they are no longer working with Keller Williams after this month. I'm going to miss having access to it and have even considered paying for it personally.

Everyone in my company is leaving DotLoop because of the conflict of interest and the way Zillow has stabbed us in the back as agents.

The software is friendly, easy to use, saves  time and money.

I love the things you can customize. I love that you don't let me delete things.

The only bad experience, or what I would suggest looking into, is how a couple has to use two different emails.

Terrible service getting help, induced into terms and conditions that were dead links, overbilled.

The versatility, I can use it from my laptop, tablet or phone and its user friendly and its great when you need to integrate everyone in the deal. Love and recommend it to all.

In my opinion, there are no aspects regarding this product that are negative.

The cost/benefit is spot on. Affordable and easy to use.
