  • Pros

  • User friendly and easy to learn. Tutorials are a good source of training and are pretty thorough.
  • I love how easily it stores all the information that I need for my residents. It is also very easy to navigate.
  • Cons

  • I get lost sometimes on how the software calculates or pulls the numbers. Some times there are errors that are hard to fix with customer service.
  • Everytime an update was made, it messed up some other products that were integrated into entrata.

  • The customer service is amazing and available many different ways, through email , phone and the community.
  • Seamlessly connects with Nexone integration; softaware training videos an asset; wolf community makes posting questions or concerns easy.
  • Cons

  • The use of the electronic signature portion of the software by customers on their smartphones often times have problems.
  • Customer service needs to be scheduled which can delay a question or error. Updates are recommended to be overnight as they might take longer than expected.
