Pros/Cons
Pros
- The idea is great, we love using the ats and call list functionality and are driving this in our business, so far well received.
- A supplier who cares about the customer - not just to make money, but truly cares about the people, the end users - Inspiring.
Cons
- The flow of the work stream and lack of process is annoying. It's difficult to map to a current customer retention process.
- You can add more than 1 candidate record more than once which means that there is a data redundancy. This should be avoided at all costs.
Pros
- Ease of use, you can set up a search in minutes and begin the review process quickly. Excellent customer service and they're always open to suggestions on how to improve the software.
- My searches are so much better tailored than other sites. I love the job post feature, the chat feature available 24/7, and my favorite: uploading a sample resume of your ideal candidate.
Cons
- It could potentially become problematic that we have a limit on how many credits we have and potentially having to pay for more.
- It does not assist as much with the most difficult positions we fill for our clients.
