Usability. Its easy to use for me. but a few of my recruiters having difficulty using it. They have problems with mail merge, opting out from mail merge.

Pros

Very helpful software to find all types of IT and Financial candidates and to pinpoint the criteria, as best as possible. Great Job Board Integration. Very good Vendor Management System Integration, though the coddle object could use some tweaking because each time one is created it needs to be reset far too often.

Cons

The cost is good for the amount of services you receive. Some of the scrolling options have more steps than necessary, but it't not a major issue for me.It is expensive to use for small recruiting offices, and there is no "lite" version. Otherwise have had no complaints.

The UI is pretty user friendly, you don't have to be familiar with it to work on it. I can give this to a fresh trainee and he/she can work on it without or very minimal training. its easy to navigate and for a commercial ATS not bad, it works well with VMS tools i.e. uploading information through the coddler with minimal editing needed.

Cons

The reports part of this system are sometimes difficult. Depending on the information and your connection speed it takes a few minutes to generate a raw report. Knowing which filters will populate and which won't is sometimes a hassle

1. In general, JD has been a good partner. Great customer support and good listeners on your team.
2. The product is relatively inexpensive.
3. The Harvester tool is a very strong feature.

Cons

1. The BI tool is very frustrating to work with . It crashes, is slow, gets messed up when updates are released.
2. It is problematic that email is used as a unique identifier in the system - this creates issues with our candidates, many of whom share emails with family members.
3. Onboarding - I9 - problematic that you can't set up electronic signature for a 3rd person who helps complete the doc.

-No need to create booleans for email merges- this tool does it for you!
-Hotlists are easy to use- you can use these to keep track of candidates in a certain location, for future use (you also can send an email merge to JUST the people on that list)
-Easy to navigate
-New helpful features are added regularly
-Many customizable options- you can make the menu look how you want it, as well as other features

Cons

Sometimes the software changes and has annoying little "ticks" that aren't resolved unless many persistent attempts are made to fix it.

Pros

As an onboarding specialist, my favorite feature of the Job Diva CRM is the automation of the new hire process. Our company recently moved from using the Bullhorn CRM to Job Diva and I'm definitely seeing an improvement in our processes as a result.

Cons

Because there are so many features to use, it can be a bit confusing without going through some of the training Job Diva has to offer. It's a bit like trying to get an ocean liner going; there are lots of moving parts but once you've done the up-front work, efficiency will increase.

Recruitment speed gets faster once you know the Job Diva, it has multiple options for a single feature that makes the work easier on a daily basis.

Pros

Starting from tracking the calendar to fetching the reports, Job Diva has all the features in it. Candidate hot list is one of my favorite feature as we can make our own database in it, so no need of making folders in outlook or preparing the excel sheets with the details of candidates.

Email merging is good but only till the time we use it very professionaly and very very technically.

Features like harvesting the profile as per the strings saved and getting the matched candidates directly on the mail box is a great feature, I have used this feature on different ATS but Job Diva has the best in it.

Cons

One of the biggest cons of it that we feel is the filter options, qualifications are updated manually by opening single profile and updating in it, if possible at the time of harvesting along with Resume if Qualification Status can be updated automatically at the time of Harvesting/ Fetching from the Portals itself.

We are a boutique Executive Search Firm located in the UAE. We had initially subscribed to Bullhorn only to barely use the system due to lack of sufficient training, lack of customer support and a complicated interface. We had major issues going back and forth with Bullhorn, trying to resolve matters and find a solution and we hated having to deal with them and their ATS. We finally decided to switch from Bullhorn to Job Diva and can not believe the difference. The customer service is just amazing, their training and support is incredible. They give us unlimited training, unlimited users and their fees are a fraction of Bullhorns. We invested (wasted) a substantial amount of money on Bullhorn, and the return on investment was horrific. Happy to highly recommend them to any recruitment firm.

Overpromise at conferences (for example, was told that the email templates feature could easily be changed so that more autopopulation fields were consistent as options from one templates area to another, but when I sent a list of requests, was told this was not possible to implement)

Don't always seem to take tech support issues seriously - Sometimes, when we report issues for which support does not have a quick and easy answer, our emails will remain unanswered for days - occasionally weeks. Additionally, there have been a few times where we report trying to accomplish one goal, and instead of simply saying "that is currently not possible," support will offer steps to achieve a completely different end result.

Really would be nice to have more controls - particularly in the CRM - for example, make it so that all references entered by candidates don't create a unique company record, but get put into one set company record so that actual client records can stay mostly clean and reportable

I am having around 2 Years of hardcore experience working on Job Diva.

Best thing is that it has each and every thing in it starting from postings to mail merge, Submission till Candidates Joinings.

Only things that I didn't liked is sometimes it lags many a times, then again we have to refresh and then we search as per the same string and then we get the list of candidates
