Very bad

our overall experience was very bad we tried working out with job diva but failed. we changed to ceipal ats and are very satisfied with it.

Pros

we never liked anything about this software it has a very bad user interface bad customer support they have a large database though.

Cons

bad customer support bad user interface the search boolean string should be perfect to get results.

Its a digital revolution for recruitment & talent management

Pros

One of the best tool for candidate search & talent management. It has all the features which helps in find the right candidate with exact skillset. The best part is that while searching profile through internal database one can able to put the year of experience on skillset which helps in finding the right candidate for the job. The UI is excellent which makes it user friendly even a new user can use it without having any difficulty.

Cons

So far I didn't find any issue using this ATS

One of the best ATS in the market.

Pros

It fetches very relevant resumes with complex strings.

Cons

Need to improve the user interface. I believe it will make lot of difference.

Reasons for switching to JobDiva

Because if we open the resumes it directly goes into our database. That does not count us the view when we view it next time.

Better tools are available

Pros

The portal was useful for application monitoring, but I prefer alternative options over JobDiva. For example, Ceipal gives a better user experience than JobDiva.

Cons

Job Diva has several downsides, as I discovered when we had a large number of users and were unable to add as many resumes to our Application Tracking System database utilizing Ceipal.
