I have large database, very flexible with strings, Search relevant profiles, also shows similar profile for what keywords we are using. Give alternative of skills. Its have notes corner, activities which shows where the profile is used for submitting. It has interview tag options. The tool bar is have vast options, you can change availability of the candidate. There is an application icon which show if particular candidate has applied for any job in recent. HARVESTING is best part of it.
You can connect it with dice monster cb and lots of portals.

Cons

due to bulk of database it is extensively slow, when you search for particular keywords it shows large number of resume but we can open only one at a time.

Pros

Very user friendly. Search strings are easy to compose and can be saved and easily modified. It allows you to set up a search harvest, which searches the job boards and imports resumes into the database that match your search criteria. It has a "smart mapping" feature that finds similar skills to your specific search.

Cons

sometimes the "exclude" features such as excluding a candidates names do not work, also setting the max amount of years you would like to search for also does not work ex. I set no more than 10 years of experience but I still get 15, 20+ year people

That is very user friendly and that is has a modern feel to it. Being able to run reports, track recruitment metrics and add candidates in a few clicks is really great!

Cons

Not a whole lot except some of the reports you can only run within 100 days which can be frustrating, but the app is where most of the work needs to be enhanced on.

I like the simplicity of it. Doing talent search, needs with keywords and having the option to exclude certain words, titles, and Visas is all beneficial.

Cons

Better for Temp then perm- Alot of duplicate resumes as well that come up that you need to sift through. Mobile Application needs some help.

JobDiva's customer support associates are extremely responsive and thorough whenever you are unsure of how to do something. The cost for the product is also extremely valuable for the number of functionalities that it has.

Cons

The initial training for the product was not as comprehensive as it could have been. Our team had a number of hurdles to overcome to learn how to use the tool in the same way across the board. It also doesn't have great integration with scraping to other job boards in comparison with it's competitors.

Cons

Recruitment speed gets faster once you know the Job Diva, it has multiple options for a single feature that makes the work easier on a daily basis.

Pros

Starting from tracking the calendar to fetching the reports, Job Diva has all the features in it. Candidate hot list is one of my favorite feature as we can make our own database in it, so no need of making folders in outlook or preparing the excel sheets with the details of candidates.

Email merging is good but only till the time we use it very professionaly and very very technically.

Features like harvesting the profile as per the strings saved and getting the matched candidates directly on the mail box is a great feature, I have used this feature on different ATS but Job Diva has the best in it.

Cons

One of the biggest cons of it that we feel is the filter options, qualifications are updated manually by opening single profile and updating in it, if possible at the time of harvesting along with Resume if Qualification Status can be updated automatically at the time of Harvesting/ Fetching from the Portals itself.

We are a boutique Executive Search Firm located in the UAE. We had initially subscribed to Bullhorn only to barely use the system due to lack of sufficient training, lack of customer support and a complicated interface. We had major issues going back and forth with Bullhorn, trying to resolve matters and find a solution and we hated having to deal with them and their ATS. We finally decided to switch from Bullhorn to Job Diva and can not believe the difference. The customer service is just amazing, their training and support is incredible. They give us unlimited training, unlimited users and their fees are a fraction of Bullhorns. We invested (wasted) a substantial amount of money on Bullhorn, and the return on investment was horrific. Happy to highly recommend them to any recruitment firm.

Overpromise at conferences (for example, was told that the email templates feature could easily be changed so that more autopopulation fields were consistent as options from one templates area to another, but when I sent a list of requests, was told this was not possible to implement)

Don't always seem to take tech support issues seriously - Sometimes, when we report issues for which support does not have a quick and easy answer, our emails will remain unanswered for days - occasionally weeks. Additionally, there have been a few times where we report trying to accomplish one goal, and instead of simply saying "that is currently not possible," support will offer steps to achieve a completely different end result.

Really would be nice to have more controls - particularly in the CRM - for example, make it so that all references entered by candidates don't create a unique company record, but get put into one set company record so that actual client records can stay mostly clean and reportable

Also encountered instances where I had to save a search string multiple different times
Job Description needs to be more user friendly. Sometimes you cannot bold or unbold if you copy paste the spec from an email


Pros:
Love the call button option when the resume details populate

Best thing is that it has each and every thing in it starting from postings to mail merge, Submission till Candidates Joinings.

I have used Job Diva in two different recruiting organizations. In both environments, Job Diva was the primary tool used to source and track candidates through the recruiting lifecycle and in both cases, it was a great tool. It's easy and effective for sourcing, and Diva helps keep track of recruiting activities, candidates in process and old/new requirements. Limited expereince with customer service, but on the few occasions when I have reached out with a question, they were responsive.
