Pros

The ability to virtually onboard candidates and house all of their past and present information into one accessible, user friendly portal.

Cons

Can be glitchy at times, but so are a majority of softwares! I also wish that once you search a candidate and click on their name, it would stay in the same tab. Sometimes this results in editing info on the wrong/previous candidate!

I like how user friendly this product is, coming from somebody who is new to hr but is tech savvy i thought this product was very simple to learn.

Cons

I do not like that i cant use additional tabs to view multiple jobs at the same time. i wish there was a function for having the jobs that i connect the candidate to, to automatically have the job diva # job page immediately pop in the job description for when i leave a voicemail and send the job description.

Pros

Really good product for recruiters, makes it very easy to look up resumes and find the best match for the opening that you're looking to fill. Dashboard was very easy to understand and user friendly.

Cons

The product is a little bit more expensive than we would have hoped, which is one the reasons that we're no longer using it. Possibly adding some economical ways to have the program.

There have been a few new updates since I’ve used this software and hope they addressed some of these issues.

Pros

There are several features that this ATS has that are decent. It will search multiple job boards at the same time and pull results back to one screen to review. This is probably the best feature and is pretty user friendly.

Cons

The version I used had a terrible looking canned look when formatting resumes. It just looked very plain. Also the program would lag quite a bit when performing various search functions.

I used Job Diva until my company decided to switch to a different ATS, and I missed Diva! It was so easy to search for candidates to fill positions, it would pull from the job boards as well as our internal system so I never needed to log into the boards.

Cons

It was a little slow sometimes and seemed to get bogged down and lag. It wasn't a huge deal but was slightly irritating.

Pros

As an onboarding specialist, my favorite feature of the Job Diva CRM is the automation of the new hire process. Our company recently moved from using the Bullhorn CRM to Job Diva and I'm definitely seeing an improvement in our processes as a result.

Cons

Because there are so many features to use, it can be a bit confusing without going through some of the training Job Diva has to offer. It's a bit like trying to get an ocean liner going; there are lots of moving parts but once you've done the up-front work, efficiency will increase.

Recruitment speed gets faster once you know the Job Diva, it has multiple options for a single feature that makes the work easier on a daily basis.

Pros

Starting from tracking the calendar to fetching the reports, Job Diva has all the features in it. Candidate hot list is one of my favorite feature as we can make our own database in it, so no need of making folders in outlook or preparing the excel sheets with the details of candidates.

Email merging is good but only till the time we use it very professionaly and very very technically.

Features like harvesting the profile as per the strings saved and getting the matched candidates directly on the mail box is a great feature, I have used this feature on different ATS but Job Diva has the best in it.

Cons

One of the biggest cons of it that we feel is the filter options, qualifications are updated manually by opening single profile and updating in it, if possible at the time of harvesting along with Resume if Qualification Status can be updated automatically at the time of Harvesting/ Fetching from the Portals itself.

We are a boutique Executive Search Firm located in the UAE. We had initially subscribed to Bullhorn only to barely use the system due to lack of sufficient training, lack of customer support and a complicated interface. We had major issues going back and forth with Bullhorn, trying to resolve matters and find a solution and we hated having to deal with them and their ATS. We finally decided to switch from Bullhorn to Job Diva and can not believe the difference. The customer service is just amazing, their training and support is incredible. They give us unlimited training, unlimited users and their fees are a fraction of Bullhorns. We invested (wasted) a substantial amount of money on Bullhorn, and the return on investment was horrific. Happy to highly recommend them to any recruitment firm.

Overpromise at conferences (for example, was told that the email templates feature could easily be changed so that more autopopulation fields were consistent as options from one templates area to another, but when I sent a list of requests, was told this was not possible to implement)

Don't always seem to take tech support issues seriously - Sometimes, when we report issues for which support does not have a quick and easy answer, our emails will remain unanswered for days - occasionally weeks. Additionally, there have been a few times where we report trying to accomplish one goal, and instead of simply saying "that is currently not possible," support will offer steps to achieve a completely different end result.

Really would be nice to have more controls - particularly in the CRM - for example, make it so that all references entered by candidates don't create a unique company record, but get put into one set company record so that actual client records can stay mostly clean and reportable
