The ease of use and the amount of feedback collected is what I like the most about this software.

IP Address Checking, Ease of Viewing, and Integrated Messaging.

I liked SkillSurvey, and found that the process of checking a reference and making sure that the references were legitimate was as clean as it could be, barring the comments I had above.

Very positive and definitely recommend. When system goes down their is very good customer service and it now integrates with our ATS Greenhouse.

I like that it can go to their phones or emails, it helps to provide a user friendly experience.

That was frustrating to me (maybe that's just a trial functionality?).

The few times I've had issues their support staff have handled them promptly. Somewhat pricey but not difficult to justify when you weigh out the benefit.

The ratings can sometimes be confusing to a new user.

The system forced me to downgrade at least one of my answers.

I appreciate the ease in which I can receive reference information without having to call references to obtain this information.

The software is very user friendly, ease to access and use. I being an admin,  feel that its super easy to navigate around the tool and locate what I need ( mostly user administration ).

It can be useful, but it comes with a high cost: time.

Sometimes the system-generated messages are intercepted by spam filters.

This certainly could just be user error or a setting that I'm not aware of).

I like the ease of  use (candidate entry) and the quick notifications of the software upon benefits completion.

Sometimes it can be hard to find the right position to match yours and you have to go generic.

They have been very responsive and available to every customer support question and proactively check-in to see if we are using the system to its fullest capabilities.

Tracker is great, the system is highly customizable and very user friendly. It does a lot of CRM functionalities and email campaigns,  the reporting and searching functionalities are also great.

What I like most about the product is the UI. Not only does the product look nice but it also is user friendly.
