### Most mentioned pros

- Sales team were helpful at the start of process
- I am happy to speak to anyone considering this product to advise of all the reasons to avoid them.
- Start of the process went well, onboarding, set up etc

### Most mentioned cons

- My experience with Vincere has been terrible after a good sales experience and if you look through LinkedIn and ask other users this is a product that has collapsed in recent years since its acquisition - this is not shown on sites like Capterra.
- However, even this simple task has been needlessly complicated, requiring yet another ticket to be raised with the legal team to discuss contract termination.
- At implementation it became clear a number of required functions are only half implemented. When I brought this up is when the major issues occurred.

The system integrates with our own website and automatic posting has saved us a lot of time, as have email templates and Velocity.

#### Ratings breakdown

- Ease of use: 5/5
- Value for money: 5/5
- Customer support: 5/5
- Functionality: 5/5

#### Pros

Above all, I like its accessibility - new users always remark on how straightforward and intuitive Vincere is. And after all this time I'm still in love with the interface - clean, clear and user-friendly. The growing range of integrations is helpful too - we use Mailchimp, Xero and SignRequest. Last but not least, the company is also incredibly helpful - in spite of its impressive growth it still has the personal touch.

#### Cons

Updates are frequent and we don't often have time to master them - not a problem, just a drawback of being a busy recruiter!

Pretty good, it's a large comprehensive system and something which is pivotal for GDPR and data compliance, so it takes time to get used to but once you've done it. You're in and happy to use it.

#### Ratings breakdown

- Ease of use: 4/5
- Value for money: 5/5
- Customer support: 3/5
- Functionality: 5/5

#### Pros

Vincere is clear and clean, once you've integrated and had a good walk through it's a great product. With clear stages of engagement for candidates and clients with the chevron system, I find this the best feature as you don't spend too much time focussing on what stages you're on.

#### Cons

Lack of personalised training and also didn't like when they updated the dashboards with no email out or pre-warning leaving a bit of time to adjust.

#### Reasons for switching to Access Vincere Evo

This was in my last company so it was more of a personal switch than company switch.

#### Pros

Constant releases, strong focus on customer service and a flexible, human approach to their customers. We switched from Bullhorn a year ago. I did a complete review of the market before settling on Vinny- including trials with most of the big names in the market. Came close to signing up with a Microsoft Dynamics platform but changed my mind at the last minute- am glad I did as we moved from office 365 to Gmail a few months later. I made the right decision, we’ve had about 5 or 6 releases since we implemented Vincere and the platform is getting better and better with each one. In terms of specific features, the LiveList feature is great. Very unique and clients love it. Like a lightweight client portal, we use it on our retainer/exclusive roles. The analytics are also very good- everything is pre-built and ready to use. You can see from the level of detail that this is a system built specifically for agency recruitment. We also like the fact they have the online timesheets and shift scheduler for when we expand our contract business.

#### Cons

Nothing - so far so good. Any niggles are addressed quickly by their customer success team who have been excellent. With previous vendors I’d be left waiting for weeks without getting an answer or be funnelled though to phone support. Vinny’s team are responsive and you actually feel like they’re trying to help you rather than fob you off.

#### Reasons for choosing Access Vincere Evo

Better reputation in the market. More complete product offering.

#### Reasons for switching to Access Vincere Evo

Bullhorn was starting to feel tired. Clunky and clicky. We wanted something with better, integrated analytics and with Bullhorn the onlt way to achieve that is by plugging in expensive add-ons, like Cube 19, or use their Canvas tool which we found difficult to use. It was getting more and more expensive and the customer servie was non-existent.

#### Pros

Recently moved across from Bullhorn. 3 main reasons we moved: Search: the search killed me with Bullhorn, it was really limited and unstable. The free text search, in particular, was really poor. I like the fact that with Vincere you can run a free text search from any page and get accurate results. Engagement Hub: the job board is great. It was a quick patch for us to take our pretty old website and bring it up to date. The apply via LinkedIn function is also good. Again, we were never able to get the . connection between Bullhorn and our website working properly so this was a big attraction in switching to Vincere. Mass email and SMS: we could never get our email templates to format correctly in Bullhorn so, as a result, always sent emails outside of the system. As we've grown it's become more important to me that my consultants are sending everything out through the system

#### Cons

No cons yet. Consultants are happy using the system which was a key driver in migrating from the old platform which they all complained about.

#### Reasons for switching to Access Vincere Evo

Switched on the basis of reading the great reviews online and had a few friends that were very positive about the system.

### A Legacy ATS Now Run By New Owners with Predatory Terms

My experience with Vincere has been terrible after a good sales experience and if you look through LinkedIn and ask other users this is a product that has collapsed in recent years since its acquisition - this is not shown on sites like Capterra. At implementation it became clear a number of required functions are only half implemented. When I brought this up is when the major issues occurred. They offered to provide the solution (one job board per brand) for an extra cost or split the tenancy. This was a no go as one tenancy for two brands was the reason for moving. They they provided doctored images to claim they said this prior to sales but this was not the case. The evidence was my email to them during post sales implementation became apparent. They offered to cancel the contract if I paid it all off upfront (how is that an offer?) and then told me if would cost over €1,000 to receive my data. Any customer service is just a delay tactic with no true attempt at resolving. I am happy to speak to anyone considering this product to advise of all the reasons to avoid them.

#### Ratings breakdown

- Ease of use: 3/5
- Value for money: 2/5
- Customer support: 1/5
- Functionality: 3/5

#### Pros

When I first looked into Vincere I had 2 requirements: 1. Managing 2 brands in one tenancy 2. Document compliance The initial setup of 2 brands was easy but it became clear it was limited in implementation with the rest of Vincere and this would be clear this was a common theme as we used the system more Document compliance works well with assigned document types and a controller to view and approve them, however, it has a major limitation in that once an approval type is setup you can never change it. It breaks.

#### Cons

Vincere is clearly an ATS which was at the forefront in its initial development but is now extremely legacy, more so than Bullhorn. All actions are clicks and submenus, all record screens are overlays so when they bug out the entire ATS refreshes to the home screen. The pipeline is fixed, you have no ability to edit it and it is not suitable to modern search and workflow. The 'killer' LiveList feature is the same, you can submit a candidate but then they are frozen in time for the client to see. Any CV or videos or additional compliance you have will not be added. Basic issues you don't see until you actually see until using the system: - Basic business development is shifted into an addon function with a new licence - Their real job board tool is actually a separate module and costs hundred extra. Their 'free' one does not work with a number of core Vincere features - Email templates are locked into 'functions' and you cannot just use them in easily - They charge for exporting your data and it is very expensive - We pay for extra customer support at it can be a day to get a reply on simple queries impacting workflow and anything that doesn't have a guide is sent to a bug status. - There are many bugs. One ticket is 25 weeks old without action

#### Reasons for choosing Access Vincere Evo

I was looking for a solution to manage by recruitment brands under one tenancy and have strong document compliance. Their multi brand management is limited in functionality with the rest of the system.

#### Reasons for switching to Access Vincere Evo

RecruitCRM is a good general ATS but with the newer features being moved into higher licences I looked for an ATS that better suited our needs.

Terrible. 2 years I can't force myself to use it let alone my team. It would literally take and extra 4 hours per day. One of the main reasons we chose them was the LinkedIn integration. But LinkedIn quickly blocks importing candidate data if you do more than a few a day. Vincere just said its the problem of the 3rd party plugin company.

#### Ratings breakdown

- Ease of use: 2/5
- Value for money: 2/5
- Customer support: 3/5
- Functionality: 5/5

#### Pros

I like the master menu and dashboard. It looks so promising!

#### Cons

Kitchen Sink Syndrome: Just like Microsoft Office products, they just don't stop adding features. In the end you get something you need a degree in order to use, let alone train your team on. And they make you pay for their training, which is recorded webinars in extra heavy British accent.

#### Reasons for switching to Access Vincere Evo

Bullhorn brags how much they spend on product development. It's 99% the same product from 1999 and looks like it. Oh and they don't consider all of your data yours. You have to pay a ransom when you leave them.

Nice idea, great marketing, a lot of raging reviews but definitely failed the test. It is definitely NOT what most reviews claim it to be.

#### Ratings breakdown

- Ease of use: 2/5
- Value for money: 3/5
- Customer support: 2/5
- Functionality: 3/5

#### Pros

They have a lot of functionality and really, really good marketing

#### Cons

All the functionality they have only works to a certain extent. There are certain bugs and roadblocks that they aren't able to fix - instead they keep adding useless features like Apple Watch integration. All the best features in the world are worthless if you can't actually use them due to their sloppy integration. The system is NOT fully customizable (even though they keep claiming it is!). I came from Bullhorn (going back again) and would estimate the Vincere system is customizable to an extent of 10%.

#### Reasons for switching to Access Vincere Evo

I though that Bullhorn is outdated and doesn't have enough features: Boy was I wrong! Bullhorn is a very reliable, fast and efficient software that has passed the test of time. It might not have every single feature in the recruitment world, but at least it doesn't have any sloppy integrations like Vincere has. I would rather use a highly reliable and customizable software like Bullhorn than something that only does half of what it claims it should (and only offer e-mail support - can you see any correlation...?).

Its been fine, we have had challenges but there Customer team does try to solve the issues, in some cases it does take time. Its cheap and does a decent job.

#### Ratings breakdown

- Ease of use: 3/5
- Value for money: 3/5

#### Pros

At Gempool we wanted a simple and easy to use CRM, Vincere ticks this box. It has a simple ATS and easy to follow for the consultants. Good chevron system to track contacts. I really like the analytics but could be more detailed.

#### Cons

It can be quite buggy, having to click a box a few times for it to work for example, consistently on to support to find work around. Its not customization, if you want to make a change that change has to happen for all there customers. Even the smallest tweak.

#### Reasons for choosing Access Vincere Evo

Jsut a better fit at the time.

#### Reasons for switching to Access Vincere Evo

Jobscience is more for enterprise customers really, lots off apps and things that can be done. Wasn't fit for our purpose.

I can honestly say that Vincere.io is breath of fresh air. In my 15 year career as a recruiter I've used several of the big name software systems out there and have been consistently disappointed in rubbish support and being promised (lied to) about new features that were supposedly coming. With Vincere.io it's been a really straightforward experience from day 1: I was able to easily import my data by myself, using their data import system and was up and running within a couple of hours. I have only needed to speak to support once (and they were very responsive, easy to deal with) because really, this system just gets how recruiting really works. The design looks cool, very modern. I have never been able to get a really decent email integration locked down with previous systems- I had my gmail email and calendar synced up within a few minutes in Vincere, it was just really easy.

#### Ratings breakdown

- Ease of use: 5/5
- Value for money: 5/5
- Customer support: 5/5
- Functionality: 5/5

#### Pros

Helps me truly understand the $ value in my pipeline: Vincere tells me exactly how much money I am going to make from each placement in my pipeline. As a result my forecasting is much tighter and I have a better picture of what the state of my deal pipeline really is. The system has this chevron design across the top of the screen which really spells out exactly how many interviews I have going on. Price: although pricing is not really the #1 criteria for me when I am choosing software, (I would pay much more for a great system if needed and I have paid significant sums in the past) the savings that I am making on a monthly basis are big. With Vincere I am paying $39/ month. This is a saving of over 100 dollars per month for just me alone, but I feel that I am getting a major upgrade in terms of the product I am using.

#### Cons

So far, none. I've been so pleasantly surprised by Vincere that I'm recommending it to all my connections working in the industry. I was suspicious that it was TOO cheap at first but, after I really got into the system I just realized that I'd actually spent the last 10 + years overpaying for average software.

#### Pros

I've used lots of different legacy systems in the past and none of them compare to Vincere... not even close. We have fully immersed our business processes into the whole Vincere eco- system and it's definitely paid off. There's too many standout features to list here, but our killer favourites are: - The sophisticated analytics suite, allowing us to track our processes with over 50 dedicated dashboards - The planner is very powerful, it allows us to view my team's daily planners, oversee individual user tasks and eliminates the need for me to constantly chase them. - The candidate pipeline tracking functionality works seamlessly. - Email templates are outstanding over 80 dedicated email templates linked to system actions. - Customer support is great always give that personal touch. We really feel like a valued customer and that these guys clearly want our business to succeed and grow. In summary, the whole experience using Vincere daily has been a breeze. It's so intuitive with a fresh user interface and although functionality is advanced, the system is light and simple to use. Vincere requires little training to get set up and using the system correctly - this is a huge value add to us to be live, trained and using the system within a week. Previous systems have taken months of wasted time and resources to even get set up.

Vincere is much more than a product our firm uses. They genuinely feel like a partner in the success of our business and I'm happy to recommend them. Does the work of both a CRM building opportunities and an ATS delivering revenue against those opportunities. Seamlessly.

#### Ratings breakdown

- Ease of use: 5/5
- Value for money: 5/5
- Customer support: 5/5
- Functionality: 5/5

#### Pros

Built and run by helpful engaged knowledge people who get it. They've clearly walked the walk and are genuinely passionate about creating a really useful ATS that all the team are delighted to use. Vincere already has lots of smart features, its reliable and seems to be a pretty well thought-out product. I particularly like their focus on interoperability with other apps, allowing us to create our own integrated system that is truly the hub of our business. Its great value for money and saves our growing agency at least one member of staff compared with our previous system. Vincere senior team are accessible and issues are promptly dealt with courteously and generously. Searching is fabulous - best in class. Also love the integrated CRM and ATS included as standard.

#### Cons

We moved to Vincere a year ago and perhaps the importing process has got much better. Migration from the devil you know system takes quite a bit of time and effort. It'd be wonderful if Vincere could fully import all the history from the previous ATS in an automated and thorough manner.

#### Pros

I'm not using Vincere to it's full potential yet but from what i have seen it's tremendous, it's a big big system with lots of functionality and so many nifty features that make my daily processes so much more efficient. Things like seha linkedin tool, live lists, searches, mobile app and even just the workflows for my contacts and candidates in the crm are great. It's very easy to follow and manage everything on a daily basis. The guys have recently started vlogging where they share tips and best practice via linkedin and email shots, I like these a lot, they're a good way to catch up on new features as the product is always evolving. I really get the sense that these guys genuinely care about their customers and are always following up with emails, calls and free training sessions to make sure we get the most out of the product. There's also free weekly customer webinars and now the video teasers up on linkedin every few days which makes the overall support function tremendous.

#### Cons

The system is so big with lots of capabilities, i'm only using a small part of it right now but definitely need to explore more in the future. Sometimes it can be easy to get lost in the system (as it's so advanced) but the support team are great at providing training on specifically what's important to me.

#### Pros

Initially we chose Vincere for the cost. It was far more affordable than what we were paying another vendor. Over time, we came to appreciate that with the team in SEA, they were very accessible and very willing to respond to comments and queries. Most importantly they were available to help. We have their personal emails and contact details. That goes a long way compared to dealing with an outsource or automate response from the previous system provider. It’s really easy to use. I don’t know how the team does it, it was easy enough initially, but it is even better now. I really like that it is connected to Linkedin so that consultants can easily check if the candidate has changed jobs or been promoted. Definitely very user-friendly.

#### Cons

In terms of the analytics, as someone who looks into numbers, I would appreciate the understanding or formulas to the results. If not, perhaps a cheat sheet or a reference sheet for consultants to explain the basis of certain analytics output.

#### Pros

I have used 4 systems but I am liking Vincere -it's always moving ahead -so may add-ons, automations, etc. and errr... it's not owned by a job board company. I have an issue with recruitment systems that are owned by large job board corporations, it's important that I know where and how my data is being used. A biggie for me is that I can have 20 people helping me load candidates and perform various tasks inside the system, with various level of permissions.I am shifting to a remote workstyle after years of running my business from an office. Vincere allows me to have staff working from different locations, with limited, permissioned access to the system. This gives me peace of mind. Peace of mind

#### Cons

None so far, enjoying the platform and the constant updates. They seem to anticipate features that we need and deliver them before we have to request them.

Vincere has been pivotal in stream lining the whole recruitment process from prospecting through to invoicing and everything in between. The platform is very easy to use and we are able to customize the platform to suit our own needs. Our consultants travel through Europe, the platform is great to help keep communication flowing especially when two people can be working on the same assignment but in different countries. Today Vincere is a dynamic platform which keeps evolving, we look forward to working with Vincere and their continued support as our business grows.

#### Pros

Overall, I really like using Vincere, but here are a few key things that I’ve found the most useful: • When you’re adding a candidate to the system you can shortlist them to jobs straight away from the same page – saves SO much time • The way it syncs with your Outlook calendar is great – I get a pop up on my Outlook every time an interview or task is happening so I never miss a thing. • Really easy to schedule interviews with candidates and clients • Whole system is very clear • Processes are nice and short – you can do a lot from the same “quick view” page meaning that you don’t need to keep opening new pages to do things • Tasks are easy to add and very clear

#### Cons

None really, had a minor query that I have raised with the support team, otherwise I really like the system!

#### Pros

Vincere helps a lot in terms of qualifications of the customers, I like the chevrons - when I look for my jobs or pipeline, I can see what the current situation is. I like the statistics since I can see the performance for the whole year, how it looks like this quarter. It helps me a lot to see things - I can check for the whole team as well when I have to view their figures. I can look at the CVs they sent, interviews, jobs - this makes my job efficient and it helps us too to work faster. I think Vincere is great and I couldn't find anything that needs to be changed. The old system we used is so old fashioned - this one is really nice.

#### Cons

Maybe add more features on the mobile application as it would help us a lot since we use our phones all the time and add more fields when using LinkedIn search

### Best CRM out there!

We switched from Bullhorn to Vincere a couple of years ago and it was the best move we made. We found Bullhorn quite clunky and restrictive in a number of areas. Vincere came along and were able to tailor the functionality to align with our unique process brilliantly. As it continues to evolve, we continue to improve our usage of it. Wouldn't hesitate in recommending Vincere to all recruitment owners.

#### Ratings breakdown

#### Pros

The process flow is great. As recruiters we want visibility of the pipeline and revenue forecasts. Vincere is fantastic for this.

#### Cons

Nothing glaringly obvious. The dashboards and data analytics are quite complex and take some time to work your way around.

### Best program I’ve used in 13 years of recruitment!

#### Pros

I really like that you can make notes on every applicant and client – we have a large team here so this helps stop all the consultants reaching out to the same people by making it clear who has already phoned them. I also really like that I can send jobs to candidates through Vincere – it means we have a clear record of what contact has been made, and a log that we have permission from the candidates to work on their behalf. Overall Vincere is great, I have worked in recruitment for 13 years and this is the best program I have used. I would definitely recommend.

#### Cons

There are lots of software updates that come regularly from Vincere, and I don’t always know beforehand that they are coming as the emails have been going into my spam. It would be great if there could be a clearer way to tell us what is coming in the release so that it isn’t a surprise (maybe a conference call?).
