Functional but features need work!
Easy to use Functionality was good Fairly intuitive
CONSIt chased me less than 3 working hours after original email!!!!!! This isn’t not a reasonable timeframe at all

Currently we leave the notification frequency to the choice of our organisations who send the reference requests, and they are sometimes set to be more frequent if there is an important need for the reference to be received back. However we fully understand this may not be convenient for all referees and candidates who are receiving the reminder notifications and phone calls from our team. 10/10 I would recommend Ref Now to any recruiter.
PROSI like the use of Ref Now. You can create the request and simultaneously ask the candidate to input their referee details and Ref Now does all the work. You then get notified when the reference has been returned and this is easy to save.
CONSCost - I prefer using the free version of Ref Now for the ease of function.
