10/10 I would recommend Ref Now to any recruiter.

I like the use of Ref Now. You can create the request and simultaneously ask the candidate to input their referee details and Ref Now does all the work. You then get notified when the reference has been returned and this is easy to save.

Cost - I prefer using the free version of Ref Now for the ease of function.

It was great experience. first time using it and not the usual nom but straightforward.

-the first part of the reference has a confusing layout as it asks details of the referee and the subject in the same line. There often comes need to edit that section almost always.

It was really easy to just enter an email and a phone number. The request goes out immediately and is followed by a text. The form itself is straight-forward with additional comments as optional. Quick and efficient, just what is needed.
