We are so very happy with the results from our new ASAP childcare program. From the start, our training associate Shelley Mossman has been a fabulous instructor.

When COVID-19 forced us to cancel ALL of our programming, including all classes, community partnerships, and our major fundraising gala, ASAP did not make any reduction in our monthly bill.

The solution is robust and has all the features we need. The staff using the solution finds it friendly and it is easy to set up and get adoption from new users.

The user interface on the back end is relatively easy to navigate, once you've gotten used to it.

Great communication and information provided. Information was reliable, thorough and provided me with enough information to be able to make a decision.

It has been good to have the history of students at our finger tips. If you need someplace to keep your records it's good.

My biggest complaint is you can't try it out before you sign a 3-year contract. I have specific needs, which they told me they could provide for.

I have recommended this system to every organization I have worked for (past and present) and strongly encourage anyone interested in growing their enrollment and revenue to join the ASAP team.

Though switching to ASAP had a bit of learning curve from that, it has been amazingly helpful overall. I love that we can track credits, attendance, class completions, etc. all from one spot.

Too many complaints from parents/customers that the Apply to Total should be a button not just words so parents/customers don't miss it when they have a promo code.

Complete reports that enable fine grained digging. Outstanding customer service, very friendly support team.

Prior to switching to ASAP our organization used a clunky old Access database that forever had problems.

Some problems with our site wrap not following through all navigation instances. Browser compatibility through all browser types has also been a minor issue.

The reservations module is terrible. I have no way to book certain spaces for my instructors and have it reflect on the master calendar.

Ease and functionality of program for the multi faceted programs we run.

We were also told that any additional reports we wanted to build would cost a lot of money, so we've been stuck with the default reports. Our new software has custom report building built in.

We have had some occasional problems with errors in the middle of operations, both in house and for our online clients as well.

The event platform proved to be well structured, attendees can navigate easily. A 3D event mode has just been released which may be useful for large events with virtual exhibitions.

There's no such thing as a stupid question (although I feel like I ask many!).

I have been using EventsAir since 2013 and it's been wonderful to see it evolve into a very robust event management suite.

Although it has its issues like a poor customer support responses but overall it is a good system to use once you've learned all the tips and tricks.

Those who would like to have an events management software for those who have recurring and complex events, this is such a wonderful tool to use.

Overall the system is very user friendly to use and self teach whilst you learn with the back up support available via the online white papers, webinars and 24 hour support call centre.

I love the flexibility of the registration system, multiple registration forms, multiple registration types, and additional function/ session tickets. Its a really good registration system.

We love the conferences too - such a great opportunity to network with other users, and share ideas with how they're using the product.

The usage of the software is not well documented.

The customer service has also improved over the year and is reliable (although the product itself is sometimes not reliable).

I like how it has so many features which you need for executing your online and offline events.

This all-in-one software is very versatile. Reporting feature is great.
