We are so very happy with the results from our new ASAP childcare program. From the start, our training associate Shelley Mossman has been a fabulous instructor.

When COVID-19 forced us to cancel ALL of our programming, including all classes, community partnerships, and our major fundraising gala, ASAP did not make any reduction in our monthly bill.

The solution is robust and has all the features we need. The staff using the solution finds it friendly and it is easy to set up and get adoption from new users.

The user interface on the back end is relatively easy to navigate, once you've gotten used to it.

We have had some occasional problems with errors in the middle of operations, both in house and for our online clients as well.

For one event, we paid extra for the on-site badge printing function and it was seamless, updated instantly, and impressed our attendees while keeping the check-in lines quick.

The ease and intuitiveness with which the system was implemented. Last year, we had badges preprinted and then they arrived and were not in any kind of order.

We did encounter an issue with importing data. We aren't sure what the glitch was, but it, unfortunately made importing a little tricky.

Expo Pass swooped in when we were having a very difficult time with another badge printing provider we had been using.

Because we used a third party registration system, we did have some issues with our external QR codes not always syncing. This was minimal but did cause disruption for a few of our guests.
