Easy to use and manage

Support staff were informative, patient, and very helpful. Onboarding was informative and efficient.

PROS

I liked that it was easy for event registrants to upload vaccination cards and/or negative covid tests with plenty of time before the event and that CrowdPass staff were able to vet and approve their submissions in a timely manner. Being able to see the registrant use and verification in real time via a transparent dashboard made managing attendees and vaccination compliance very easy. Having the color coded attendee list as registrants checked in also helped streamline the process.

CONS

I had no issues with the use or setup of the Vaccination or Negative Test verification tool.

A good solution for vaccination verification

Overall, we had a good experience and good support.

PROS

We liked that the platform is easy to setup and it is simple to see all of your attendees and their completion status without seeing their data. We needed a solution that allowed us to see who did and did not complete vaccination verification, and this worked well for that. CrowdPass has excellent customer support, so they handled any folks who had trouble with submitting. They were far faster at approving / denying people than I expected, so that was helpful in the days leading up to our event.

CONS

We had the most trouble with the legal waiver from CrowdPass, it seemed to cover more than was needed and working with many attorneys, we had a number of attendees who did not feel comfortable signing the waiver.

Reason for choosing CrowdPass

It was a reasonable price and ease of use on our part and for the attendees.

It was ok

PROS

It was nice to track the covid results, vaccination cards and test results daily when we used it for one of our events.

CONS

The customer service was not the best at all. It was hard to change things we wanted to instantly because no one responded

Really Helpful For Our Event

We needed an outside group to verify that our event registrants had been vaccinated. This was a huge advantage to our team to place this responsibility on CrowdPass.

PROS

Doing all of the work and taking the responsibility of getting everyone verified that they were up to date on their COVID shots. It didn't require much time at all from our team.

CONS

The only negative is that we still had to manage who had and hadn't been cleared by Crowdpass since it didn't integrate with our registration system.

Reason for choosing CrowdPass

It did what we needed, and we saw it being used by another group with work that had ten times the number of registrants.

The customer support was impressive- quick responses and willing to help!

PROS

The software allowed for easy upload of required information to attend multi-day event and was a breeze to setup.

The barcode feature wasn't working well on some phone devices.

CrowdPass Hindered Event Success

Our experience was quite negative both with the platform itself, and with the support and sales team. They were not responsive and when they did respond they did not have helpful solutions. Because of the significant issues with the platform we ended up having to abandon CrowdPass during the event and ask for proof of vaccination at the door for all attendees. We would have better off not spending money on the platform, or investing the time/effort necessary to use it, and managing this process ourselves.

PROS

The concept was good. It was important to our team to be able to track COVID vaccination/testing for our event and we thought that managing this on our own would have been too difficult.

CONS

There were many basic functions that would have been helpful and were not available including functionality in Spanish (which we were told by a salesperson would be possible), the ability to customize outreach language aside from the invitation email, the ability to undo a check in if someone was mistakenly checked in, the ability to download the registration list from the platform in to a spreadsheet without significant manipulation of the data in order to be useful. The functions that did exist did not work properly. Many guests received error messages or links that did not work and the QR code scanner did not work properly. All of this led to a significant delay in the check-in process at our event, and frustration from guests and staff.

Good for PPSNE!

Very user friendly for both PPSNE and the attendees!

PROS

I enjoyed how it kept track of attendees and their vaccinations.

CONS

There wasn't any cons when I used it and if I did have any issued customer support was very quick to get back to me and help!

Easy to use and manage.

PROS

We used this for event attendance covid vaccination and testing management. It was very successful. Customer support was awesome.

CONS

A few early on learning curves. The app timed out on us in the beginning, but we got it to work better after a few uses.

Easy to monitor

Useful!

Customer service had been stellar! Always willing to help when needed.

PROS

The software was relatively easy from an admin perspective and easy to share out for the communications team.

CONS

Would be great if there was more support ensuring that users get confirmation/reminder emails in their inbox. While spam is always an issue, sharing the send email with users as they are submitting COVID info or other details might be helpful.
