  • Pros

  • Creating an event is simple and integration with our email management system was seamless.
  • It's very easy to use and extremely helpful for training and for licensing classes needed.
  • Cons

  • Seems like it gets worse and worse. 2 weeks ago I had to contact Customer Service for the first time ever in 5 years because the applet wouldn't start and someone had to remote login to remove it.
  • It sometimes crashes without knowing why making it very difficult to get back on the platform, this is bad.

  • Some features like the app and scanner are excellent. Customer service is good and their staff want to help.
  • The most amazing feature is the ticketing feature that allowed us to setup easy payment options for our zimbabwean clients.
  • Cons

  • Email restrictions when doing an event promotion. No nu ticket app for the back office side.
  • So it would be very wrong of me to talk about disadvantages.
