It made life so much easier in the summer months and in the fall. Customer service was great to work with and the cost per year works for us.

My daughter is able to complete and turn in assignments, communicate with teachers and receives notifications. It also allows the teacher to monitor the students activities which is awesome.

K-12 has been great for us for registration. The staff has been very helpful when needed.

The benefits of using this software is life saving. Due to COVID schools were shut down and my son continued online school instead of in person teaching.

The only challenge we had was trying to integrate  K-12 into INOW. The previous registrar and  I thought they merged a lot better than it did.

I really like this program. It is free and it offers a good curriculum for all grade levels.

There is a lot of material and it times it can be difficult to search.

The only con that I have is one that is going away with the summer release. For now, I'm going to say no real cons.

The questions seemed to process very quickly. The survey was a good the apprioate length and not to long.

If you can't register, the programing is useless to anyone.

I liked that it was easy for my 12-13 year old to navigate and get his education. It was just what we needed at the time.

Only con is that the portal takes you to a main webpage which can be frustrating when the school has multiple locations.

Parents seem to have little trouble with the application.

The clunky interface was made worse on slow-speed days, whereas other programs were not affected at all.

Also critical was event management and integration with membership, since the organization's main publicity and fundraising activity is a large bike ride. Web site integration was also attractive.

It has errored out a number of times and there was no intuitive alert to let us know we were missing out on authorized donations.

A minor lack of functionality although this was a very mild displeasure.

Easy of use, ability to customize the member database easily and the integrated content management system for a professional website.

Every support request has been taken care off super-quickly. It has been a pleasure to work with the WA team since 2015.

The WORST Experience - After 4 years of subscription services.

WildApricot is a cloud-based membership management system used by business and trade associations, chambers of commerce, nonprofits, charities, clubs and community organizations. It supports organizations from a few members to 15,000 members in size.


With WildApricot’s website builder, administrators can create both a public website and private pages for members and committees. Widgets—such as event calendars, public and private membership directories and donation forms—can be copied and pasted into the builder.


Prospective members can submit applications through the website, while current members receive automated dues renewal reminders. Additionally, WildApricot’s event management tools let managers create events; list them on the website along with a description, images and a custom online registration form; track which members sign up; and process payments.
